Գեղարքունիքի փոխմարզպետի 29-ամյա որդու սպանությունը բացահայտվել է. կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է. ՔԿ

ՀՀ ՔԿ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է 29-ամյա Հայկ Հակոբյանի (Գեղարքունիքի փոխմարզպետի որդին է – Tert.am) սպանությունը, կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է, տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացվել էր, որ 2017 թվականի հունվարի 7-ին՝ ժամը 12-ի սահմաններում, առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը Գավառի «Քաղառի կռուգ» կոչվող վայրում կրակոցներ է արձակել «ԱՈՒԴԻ-Q7» մակնիշի 47 MM 777 պ/հ ավտոմեքենայի ղեկին գտնվող, 1988թ. ծնված Հայկ Անդրանիկի Հակոբյանի գլխի և պարանոցի ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետեւանքով ստացած վնասվածքներից վերջինս մահացել է:
Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով:
ՀՀ ՔԿ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Ա.Ղազարյանի որոշմամբ կազմվել է քննչական խումբ, որի ղեկավար է նշանակվել վարչության պետի տեղակալ Ա.Մանուկյանը: Մշակվել է քննչական պլան, առաջ քաշվել աշխատանքային վարկածներ, եւ ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ դատավարական միջոցառումներ` դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում հիշյալ հանցագործությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ Մեխակ Հարությունյանը, ով ներկայացրել է հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող հրազենը:
