Գիտե՞ք՝ որն է ժամանակակից աշխարհում վաղ մահացության հիմնական պատճառը։ Սրտի նոպան։ Լարված կենսակերպ, անառողջ սնունդ ուտելու սովորություն, քրոնիկական անքնություն… Ինքներս մեծ «ներդրում» ենք ունենում խնդրի զարգացման գործում, որը յուրաքանչյուր տարի ավելի վտանգավոր է դառնում։ Adme.ru-ն գրում է, որ օրգանիզմը որոշ նախանշանների միջոցով առնվազն մեկ ամիս առաջ կարող է զգուշացնել սրտի նոպայի մասին։

  1. Հոգնածություն։ Երբ զարկերակները սեղմվում են, սիրտը սկսում է ավելի քիչ արյուն ստանալ։ Սա բարդացնում է արյունատար համակարգի աշխատանքը։ Այս խնդիրների առաջին նախանշանը մշտական ալարկոտությունն ու հոգնածության զգացումն է։
  2. Ընդհատվող շնչառություն։ Երբ սիրտն անհրաժեշտ քանակությամբ արյուն չի ստանում, թոքերն այլևս ի վիճակի չէ ստանալ այնքան թթվածին, որքան սովոր է ստանալ։ Այս երկու համակարգերը մեծապես կախված են միմյանցից։ Մեկն առանց մյուսի չի կարող նորմալ աշխատել։ Սա նշանակում է, որ, եթե հաճախ եք խնդիրներ ունենում շնչառության հետ, գերադասելի է խորհրդակցել բժշկի հետ և որքան հնարավոր է՝ շուտ։
  3.   4. Գլխապտույտ և սառը քրտինք։ Եթե ուղեղին անհրաժեշտ քանակով արյուն չի հասնում, մարդու կյանքը վտանգվում է։ Եթե մարմինը պատվում է սառը քրտինքով, հաճախ եք գլխապտույտ ունենում, ապա չի կարելի անուշադրության մատնել այդ նախանշանները։
  5. Ճնշում կրծքավանդակի հատվածում։ Եթե այս զգացողությունը ձեզ պարբերաբար ուղեկցում է, նշանակում է, որ ինչ-որ բան այն չէ։ Այս նախանշանն արհամարհելու դեպքում կարող եք շուտով դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպել սրտի նոպային։
  6. «Մրսածության սինդրոմ»։ Եթե պարբերաբար հայտնվում են գրիպի նշաններ, սա կարող է մոտեցող սրտի նոպայի նշան լինել։
