Վալերի Օսիպյանը պարգևատրվել է Հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների առաջին աստիճանի մեդալով

Անկախության 24-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը Երևանի փոխոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանին պարգևատրել է Հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների համար առաջին աստիճանի մեդալով: Պարգևատրման արարողությունից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Երևանի փոխոստիկանապետն, օգտվելով առիթից, նախ շնորհավորեց հայ ժողովրդին անկախության տոնի կապակցությամբ՝ հավելելով, որ ինքը միշտ պատրաստակամ է ծառայել հայ ժողովրդին: «Շնորհավորում եմ հայ ազգին անկախության տոնի կապակցությամբ, մաղթում անամպ երկինք: Շնորհավորում եմ նաև ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչներին: Դուք անկախության տարիներին շատ դժվար աշխատանք եք կատարել և շարունակում եք կատարել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Օսիպյանը:
Հարցին, թե ոստիկանի համար դժվար չէ՞ արդյոք անընդհատ բողոքող քաղաքացիների հետ շփվելը, Օսիպյանը պատասխանեց. «Որքան էլ որ դժվար լինի, նրանք մեր քաղաքացիներն են: Իրավախախտներն էլ մեր քաղաքացիներն են, դրա համար մենք մեր քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ պետք է միշտ նրբանկատ լինենք, հետագայում էլ ավելի շատ ծառայություններ մատուցենք մեր ազգին»,- եզրափակեց Օսիպյանը:
