ՄԽ համանախագահները Տավուշի մարզում Ադրբեջանի դիվերսիայի մասին հայտարարություն են տարածել

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին (Ֆրանսիա) և Ռիչարդ Հոգլանդը (ԱՄՆ) հայտարարություն են տարածել` կապված դեկտեմբերի 29-ին Հայաստանի հետ սահմանին Ադրբեջանի ձեռնարկած դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձի հետ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակից: Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք հայտարարություն ամբողջությամբ:
«Բաքուն և Երևանը շարունակում են մեղադրել միմյանց 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 29-ին հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղի ունեցած ներխուժման փորձի առնչությամբ, որի հետևանքով գրանցվեցին մահվան դեպքեր: Հայաստանի զինված ուժերը շարունակում են իրենց մոտ պահել մարտում սպանված ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողի դին:
Հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումներն անընդունելի են և հակասում են ուժ չկիրառելու պատասխանատվությունն ամբողջությամբ ստանձնած կողմերի պարտականություններին: Համանախագահները հորդորում են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարներին խստորեն պահպանել 2016 թվականին Վիեննայում և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայացած գագաթնաժողովների ընթացքում ստանձնած համաձայնությունը, այդ թվում և հնարավորինս կարճ ժամկետում ԵԱՀԿ հետաքննող մեխանիզմների ստեղծման պարտավորությունը: Համանախագահները նաև հորդորում են անհապաղ վերադարձնել մարդկանց աճյունները` համաձայն 2010 թվականին Ա ստրախանի գագաթնաժողովի պայմանավորվածության` հաշվի առնելով խնդրի բացառապես հումանիտար բնույթը: Մենք կոչ ենք անում կողմերին դադարեցնել երկկողմ մեղադրանքները և ձեռնարկել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները իրադրությունը կայունացնելու ուղղությամբ:
Համանախագահները ցավակցություններն են հայտնում զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին և բոլոր հայերին ու ադրբեջանցիներին, ում համար Նոր տարվա հույսերը մթագնեցին կորստի ցավից»:
