«Ժողովուրդ». Ինչո՞ւ է «Երևան ՋԷԿ»–ի էլեկտրաէներգիան կրկնակի էժան «Գազպրոմ Արմենիային» պատկանող ՋԷԿ–երի արտադրածից

«Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի հրապարակած տվյալներից պարզվում է, որ «Երևան ՋԷԿ»-ը, որի հզորությունը 220 ՄՎտ է, իրանական գազով էլէներգիա արտադրելու դիմաց վճարելու համար ծախսում է իր հզորության մոտ 38 տոկոսը: Ավելի պարզ եթե ձևակերպենք, ստացված գազով արտադրված էլէներգիայի 38 տոկոսը «Երևան ՋԷԿ» վերադարձնում է իրանական կողմին, իսկ մնացած 62 տոկոսը վաճառում: Արդյունքում այս ՋԷԿ-ի էլէներգիան կրկնակի անգամ ավելի էժան է, քան, ասենք, «Հրազդան ՋԷԿ»-ի կամ «Հրազդան ՋԷԿ»-ի 5-րդ էներգաբլոկի արտադրածը:
Սա այն դեպքում, երբ նույն «Երևան ՋԷԿ»-ը տարեկան 4 մլրդ 252 մլն (ընդհանուր ծախսի 16,33 տոկոսը) հատկացնում է իր նոր տուրբինի կառուցման վարկի մարման համար: «Հրազդան ՋԷԿ»-ը և նրա 5-րդ էներգաբլոկը կարող էին, չէ՞, նույն սխեմայով գործել, բայց նման բան հնարավոր չէ, քանի որ այդ ՋԷԿ-երը պատկանում են «Գազպրոմ Արմենիային»: Հասկանալի է, չէ՞, որ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» հանուն էժան էլէներգիայի իր գազից չի հրաժարվի և սկսի Իրանի հետ համագործակցել: Ոչինչ, որ մենք թանկ վճարենք գազի համար»,–գրում է թերթը։
