Հասունությունը վիճակ է, երբ մարդը գիտակցում է, թե ինչ է կատարվում իր շուրջը, հասկանում կատարվող իրադարձությունների պատճառները։ Եվ այս ամենը ընդունելով՝ նա թույլ չի տալիս իրեն հիասթափվել ու առաջ է շարժվում։ Իսկ որոնք են այն նախանշանները, որոն կօգնեն ձեզ հասկանալ, որ դուք արդեն հասունացել եք։

1. Դուք ավելի շատ լսում, քան խոսում եք։ Հասուն մարդիկ շատ լավ գիտեն, որ երբ լռում են, ավելի շատ տեղեկատվություն են ստանում։ Այսպես, նրանք ավելի լուրջ, ինքնուրույն  եւ վստահություն ներշնչող, հասուն մարդու տպավորություն են թողնում

2. Դուք պատասխանատվությունից չեք խուսափում. Հասուն մարդիկ ոչ միայն հստակ գիտեն իրենց դերն ու առաքելությունն ընտանիքում, հասարակության մեջ, այլեւ մտածում են իրենց ապագայի մասին։ Հետեւաբար, նրանց ցանկացած քայլ մտածված ու խելամիտ է, եւ նրանք պատասխանատու են իրենց արարքների համար։

3. Դուք ավելի քիչ եք վիճում եւ հաճախ եք զիջում։ Վիճաբանելիս հասուն մարդիկ շատ լավ հասկանում են, որ իրենք ճիշտ են, բայց չեն պատրաստվում հանուն իրենց տեսակետը պնդելու կորցնել թանկ ու հարազատ մեկին։ Հետեւաբար, նրանք ավելի զիջող են։ Չէ՞ որ զիջելով՝ նա շփումն ու մտերմությունը շարունակելու հնարավորություն է տալիս։  Սա ցուցադրում  է նրա հասուն լինելն ու հարգանքը դիմացինի նկատմամբ։

4. Դուք հաճույք եք ստանում տարվա բոլոր եղանակներից։Ոմանք սիրում են ամառը, մյուսները՝ գարունը, աշունը կամ ցուրտ ձմեռը։ Սա նորմալ է։ Սակայն սեզոնափոխությունը չպետք է ազդի ձեզ վրա. Հասուն մարդիկ հասկանում են, որ ցանկացած եղանակ իր հաճույքներն ունի եւ պետք է հարմարվել ու վայելել դրանք։

5. Ձեր դեմքին միշտ ժպիտ կա։ Կյանքում հաճախ են տարօրինակ երեւույթներ կատարվում, քանի որ այն անկանխատեսելի է։ Բայց հասուն մարդիկ ինչպիսի իրավիճակում էլ հայտնվեն, նրանց ժպիտը երբեք չի պակասի։ Ավելին, այն դրական ազդեցություն կունենա նրանց մտքի վրա եւ կօգնի խելացի որոշումներ կայացնելու հարցում։

6. Դուք սիրում եք երեխաներին եւ ծերերին։ Եթե ձեզ դուր է գալիս ժամանակ անցկացնել երեխաների կամ ծերերի հետ, ուրեմն արդեն հասուն անհատ եք։ Չէ որ ոչ հասակակից մարդկանց հետ շփվելիս դուք նոր բացահայտումներ եք անում եւ կյանքն այլ կերպ սկսում ընկալել։ Իսկ  այս կենսափորձը շատ կարեւոր է ցանկացած մարդու համար։

7. Դուք ավելի շատ խնայում, քան ծախսում եք։Այս կետը բացատրությունների կարիք չունի։ Սա միայն հասուն մարդկանց է բնորոշ։

8. Դուք ավելի շատ եք կարդում։ Այսօր մյուսների հետ համահունչ առաջ շարժվելու համար պետք է  մշտապես տեղեկացված լինել ու ավելացնել գիտելիքների պաշարը։ Իսկ դրա համար հարկավոր  կարդալ։

9. Դուք ձեր մասին հոգ եք տանում այնպես, ինչպես ուրիշները։ Որքան էլ որ նվիրված լինեք ձեր ընտանիքին եւ ընկերներին, չպետք է մոռանալ սեփական անձի մասին։ Դուք պետք է ժամանակ տրամադրեք ինքներդ ձեզ, ձեր մարմնին, ձեր մտքին։ Սա միայն դրական ազդեցություն կունենա հասունացման ճանապարհին։
