Ադրբեջանը շարունակելու է իր քարոզչությունը Արցախյան հակամարտության շուրջ տիրող իրականության հետ չհամակերպվելու պատճառով

Քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մինասյանը կարծում է, որ Ադրբեջանը մտնում է բավականին լուրջ եւ դժվար սոցիալ-տնտեսական  զարգացման փուլ (նավթային գների բավականին ցածր մակարդակ, եկամուտների նվազեցում), այդ իսկ պատճառով այն շարունակելու է պահպանել իր սովորական ռազմատենչ հռետորիկան: 

«Ադրբեջանը շարունակելու է իր քարոզչությունը, ռազմական սպառնալիքները շարունակվելու են, քանի որ այդ երկիրը տեսանելի ապագայում չի համակերպվելու այն իրականության հետ, որն ավելի քան քառորդ դար պահպանվում է Արցախյան հակամարտության շուրջ: Նաեւ հասկանալի է, որ Ադրբեջանն օգտագործում է իր հայտարարությունները որպես իմիտացիա այն իրական գործընթացին կամ բանակցություններին, որոնք պիտի լինեն, սակայն  մեծ մասամբ ձախողվում են Ադրբեջանի կողմից»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղո րդմամբ՝ ասաց քաղաքագետը:

Անդրադառնալով դեկտեմբերի 29-ին հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացված դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձին՝  Սերգեյ Մինասյանը նշեց, որ այդ բախումներից հետո դժվար թե սահմանագծում նկատվի չափից ավելի լարվածություն:

«Դրա հետ մեկտեղ մենք տեսնում ենք,  որ ապրիլյան իրադարձություններից հետո Ադրբեջանը ընդհանուր առմամբ բավականին զուսպ է՝  համեմատած նախորդ տարիների հետ, նույնիսկ Չինարիի դեպքը այս մի քանի ամիսների կտրվածքով բացառություն էր: Դա խոսում է երկու բանի մասին. կամ Ադրբեջանն իսկապես դեպքերից հետո լուրջ հետեւություն է  արել, եւ նրա ագրեսիան մտել է  ավելի շատ քարոզչական դաշտ, կամ էլ նախապատրաստվում է նոր գործողություների: Չեմ բացառում նոր բախումներ, բայց դրա հետ մեկտեղ կարծում եմ, որ նույն կերպ ինչպես ապրիլին ի վիճակի չեղավ գնալ լայնա մասշտաբ պատերազմի, այդպես էլ հետագայում չի գնա նման գործողությունների»,-եզրափակեց քաղաքագետը:
