Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Գավառում 29-ամյա Հայկ Հակոբյանի սպանության համար

ՀՀ ՔԿ ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում շարունակվում են իրականացվել ակտիվ քննչական գործողություններ՝ Գավառում 29-ամյա Հայկ Հակոբյանի սպանության բոլոր հանգամանքները բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտելու ուղղությամբ: Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ Մ.Հարությունյանին: Այս մա սին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2017 թվականի հունվարի 7-ին՝ ժամը 12-ի սահմաններում, բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել 1988թ. ծնված Հայկ Անդրանիկի Հակոբյանը՝ գլխի և պարանոցի շրջանում հրազենային վնասվածքներով, որտեղ արձանագրվել է նրա մահը։ 

Նույն օրը Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով: ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ՝ քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվել է ՀՀ ՔԿ ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում։

Իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ Հ.Հակոբյանը հրազենային վնասվածքներն ստացել է Գավառի «Քաղառի կռուգ» կոչվող վայրում. առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակից կրակոցներ է արձակել «ԱՈՒԴԻ-Q7» մակնիշի 47 MM 777 պ/հ ավտոմեքենայում գտնվող Հայկ Հակոբյանի գլխի և պարանոցի ուղղությամբ։

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, սպանության շարժառիթը:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ Մ.Հարությունյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով և հարցաքննվել։ Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ։ 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
