Կառավարությունը նպատակ ունի 2017-ին ավելացնել պետական բյուջե մուտքագրվող շահաբաժինները

Կառավարության նիստում վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը Պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Արման Սահակյանին հանձնարարեց երկամսյա ժամկետում ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել առաջարկություններ՝ պետական մասնակցությամբ առևտրային կազմակերպությունների կառավարման բնագավառում կոնկրետ միջոցառումներ և գործուն մեխանիզմներ կիրառելու վերաբերյալ: Դրանց նպատակն է՝ 2017 թվականի կտրվածքով պետական բյուջե մուտքագրվող շահաբաժինների ծավալի ավելացումը:
«Անհրաժեշտ է երկամսյա ժամկետում ՀՀ Առողջապահության, արդարադատության, Արտակարգ իրավիճակների, բնապահպանության, գյուղատնտեսության, էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների, տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների, կրթության և գիտության, մշակույթի, պաշտպանության, սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի, տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարների և Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախագահի հետ համատեղ քննարկման արդյունքում ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել առաջարկություններ պետական մասնակցությամբ առևտրային կազմակերպությունների կառավարման բնագավառում կոնկ րետ միջոցառումներ և գործուն մեխանիզմներ կիրառելու վերաբերյալ` նպատակ ունենալով 2017թ. կտրվածքով պետական բյուջե մուտքագրվող շահաբաժինների ծավալի էական ավելացումը», - «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց վարչապետը:
Կառավարության ղեկավարը հանձնարարեց նաև եռամսյա ժամկետում ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել առաջարկություններ պետական գույքի վարձակալության գործընթացի արդյունավետության բարձրացման վերաբերյալ` նպատակ ունենալով վարձակալությունից պետական բյուջեի մուտքերի էական ավելացումը և ծառայությունների մատուցման որակի բարելավումը, երկշաբաթյա ժամկետում ներկայացնել պետական գույքի մասնավորեցման ծրագրում ընդգրկված և ընդգրկվելիք առևտրային կազմակերպությունների բաժնետոմսերի (բաժնեմասերի) մասնավորեցման, ինչպես նաև պետական գույքի օտարմ ան ցանկերը:
Հանձնարարականի համաձայն՝ եռամսյա ժամկետում ներկայացվելու են կանխատեսումներ մասնավորեցման ծրագրում ընդգրկված և ընդգրկվելիք առևտրային կազմակերպությունների բաժնետոմսերի (բաժնեմասերի) մասնավորեցումից, ինչպես նաև պետական գույքի օտարումից 2017թ. սպասվելիք արժեքային գնահատականների վերաբերյալ:
