Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դատախազության կազմավորման 295-ամյակին նվիրված պաշտոնական միջոցառումների շրջանակում Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր դատախազությունում տեղի է ունեցել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության գլխավոր դատախազ Յուրի Չայկայի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի հանդիպումը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը շնորհավորել է ՌԴ իր գործընկերոջը ՌԴ դատախազության կազմավորման 295-ամյակի առթիվ, ընդգծել բարեկամ երկրների դատախազական համակարգերի միջև արդեն իսկ ձևավորված սերտ համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակը՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ հետագայում ևս այն կլինի շարունակական և արդյունավետ:

Յուրի Չայկան ևս շնորհավորել է Արթուր Դավթյանին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի բարձր ու պատասխանատու պաշտոնը ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ՝ նշելով, որ իրավական ոլորտում համագործակցության ամրապնդումը կնպաստի երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունների առավել սերտացմանը:

Երկու երկրների դատախազները ընդգծել են, որ նմանատիպ ձևաչափով հանդիպումները կամրապնդեն փոխըմբռնումը և կնպաստեն օրենքի գերակայության սկզբունքի առավել արդյունավետ կիրառմանը:

Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել է դատաիրավական ոլորտին վերաբերող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ, պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել կոնկրետ ուղղություններով համագործակցության առավել ակտիվացման վերաբերյալ:
