Կառավարությունը կկատարելագործի ընտանիքների անապահովության գնահատման համակարգը

Կառավարությունը քայլեր է ձեռնարկում կատարելագործելու և հստակեցնելու ընտանեկան, սոցիալական նպաստների և հրատապ օգնության նշանակման և վճարման գործընթացի հետ կապված հարաբերությունները, մեծացնելու դրանց հասցեականությունը:
«Քանի որ ընտանիքի կողմից տարվա ընթացքում սպառած բնական գազի չափաքանակը կարող է կիրառվել որպես ընտանիքի անապահովության գնահատման ցուցանիշ, որոշման նախագծով առաջարկվում է այն ներառել ընտանիքի անապահովության բնութագրիչների շարքում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, կառավարության նիստում ասաց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի բնակլիմայական պայմանները և տարբեր եղանակների ընթացքում ընտանիքների կողմից բնական գազի սպառման տարեր քանակը (բնակարանի ջեռուցման համար), առաջարկվում է 2017 թվականի ընթացքում իրականացնել ընտանիքների անապահովության գնահատման համակարգում` ընտանիքի սպառած բնական գազի սահմանային չափաքանակի կիրառման փորձնական ծրագիր:
«Նշված ծրագրի արդյունքներն ամփոփելուց հետո հնարավոր կլինի ՀՀ կառավարությանը ներկայացնել առաջարկություն բնական գազի սպառման տարեկան (12 ամիսների) սահմանային չափաքանակի մասին, որն ավելի ճշգրտորեն կբնորոշի ընտանիքի կենսապայմանները»,- նշեց նախարարը:
