Հեյ գիտի Հովիկ Արգամովիչ: Հենց թերթերը գրում էին մի թանկացման մասին, պատկան կառույցների ղեկավարներին գցում էր հետևն ու ընկնում խանութները` տեսնելու` ճի՞շտ են գրել, արդյոք, թերթերը, և այդ ո՞վ է գլխից ձեռք քաշել ու այսպես վրդովեցրել իր ժաղովրդին: Ուժն ինչքան պատում էր, զսպում էր գնաճը, օձիգներ հավաքում բուռը, սպառնում` գլուխներ թռցնել, եթե կես ժամվա մեջ չէժանացնեն թանկացած ապրանքը: Մթերքի որակին էլ էր անձամբ հետևում: քանի՛, քանի՛ անգամ է պատահել, որ ձուն վերցրել ու լույսի տակ զննել է, պատկաններին հրամայել է հոտոտել վաճառվող միսն ու կաթնամթերքը:

Վարչապետը պետք է հենց այդպիսին լինի, բա ի՞նչ եք կարծում, հո միայն ժամացույցի ներսում նստելով չէ՞: Պիտի գնաս ժողովրդի մեջ, պիտի քո աչքով տեսնես այն հայացքները, որոնցով այդ ժողովուրդը զննում է գնապիտակներն ու... Պատահում է` հայհոյում էլ են, բայց լավ վարչապետը դրան էլ պետք է պատրաստ լինի, ինքն էլ պետք է հայհոյի, բա ի՞նչ, ժողովուրդը հո անտեր չէ՞:

Մեր ցիվիլ պրոֆեսիոնալներն այսօր, երևի, համակարգիչներով են փորձում այս տեսակ հարցերը լուծել, այսինքն` գիտությունով: Թե դրա վերջն ինչ է լինելու, չենք կարող ասել, բայց արդեն իսկ ժողովուրդն իրեն լքված է զգում աղաղակող թանկացումների ֆոնին: Ժամանակը չէ՞ ձեռքը սեղանին խփելու, ներկրողներին հրավիրելու և խելքի բերելու: Այս թանկացումն, ախր, դիվերսիա է ոչ միայն ժողովրդի, այլև նոր կառավարության ու նոր վարչապետի դեմ: Ի՞նչ են ուզում դրանով հասկացնել` որ իրենց մենաշնորհներին չկպնե՞ն:

Ինչպես Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանն է ասել, սուր հարցերի մասին բարձրասայնելու ավելի լավ ժամանակ չկա, քան նախընտրական ժամանակաշրջանն է: Ուրեմն` ի գործ, գնում ենք խանութներով, խոսացնում վաճառողներին, գնորդներին, օձիգներ հավաքում, գլուխներ թռցնում: Լավ չեմ հիշում, պարոն Շաբոյանն իր գործի՞ն է դեռ: Անառողջ մրցակցություն, գերշահույթ` այս ամենը պետք է մեջտեղ հանել, տեղն ընկած տեղը նաև հայհոյել: Այլապես շաքարի ու հացի թանկացումներին նոր թանկացումներ են հետևելու` մակարոնեղեն, ձու, կաթնամթերք, հոսանք, գազ... Սա Հայաստանն է, այստեղ վիճակը «բառադի ա» ու համակարգիչներով չի կարգավորվում:
