Բոտոքս, ֆիլերներ, մեզոթերապիա. տերմիններ, որոնք հաճախ են օգտագործվում գեղեցկության մեջ, շատերս ենք լսել, սակայն այդքան էլ լավ պատկերացում չունենք դրանց մասին։Wnews.am-ն առաջարկում է ծանոթանալ հայտնի պրոցեդուրաներին եւ դրանց նշանակությանը.

Ինչպես են աշխատում եւ ինչ խնդիր են լուծում.
Թուլացնում են մկանները  եւ արգելափակում դրանց ընկալումը նյարդային ցնցումներին, դանդաղացնում են միմիկական կնճիռների գոյացումը։
 Պաշտոնապես բոտուլոտոկսինը կարելի է ներարկել 18 տարեկանից, սակայն բուժական նպատակներով բժիշկը կարող  նշանակել այն այլ տարիքում եւս։
Կարեւոր է հիշել.
Բոտուլոտոքսինը կարող է չազդել, եթե մարդ հիվանդացել է եւ սկսել կիրառել հակավիրուսային պրեպարատներ։
 
Մեզոթերապիա.
 
Մեզոպրեպարատները լինում են դեմքի մաշկի, մարմնի եւ գլխի համար։ Կան ոչ միայն մոնոպրեպարատներ, այլ նաեւ կոկտեյլներ։
Դրանք նախատեսված են՝ ցելյուլիտի, ցելյուլիտային բծերի, մազաթափության, լայն ծակոտկենների, ակնեի, պիգմենտային հետքերի համար։
Պաշտոնապես կարելի է կիրառել 18 տարեկանից։ Ակնեի, մազաթափության դեպքում՝ ավելի վաղ։ Եթե նպատակը երիտասարդացումն է, ապա  20–25  տարեկանից, սակայն կարեւորը ոչ թե տարիքն է, այլ պրոցեդուրայի նշանակումը։
Կարեւոր է հիշել, որ մեզոթերապիան պետք է կատարել կուրսով՝ մի քանի պրոցեդուրայով։

Բիորեւիտալիզացիա.
Գոյություն ունեն մի քանի տասնյակ պրեպարատներ. Juvederm Hydrate, Viscoderm, IAL-SYSTEM, Hyalrepair եւ այլն։
 
Ինչպես են աշխատում, ինչ խնդիր են լուծում.
 
Գիալուրոնային թթուն, որը կապում եւ պահում է ջուրը, ներարկվում է մաշկի վերին շերտի մեջ՝ նպատակ ունենալով վերականգնել տոնուսն ու խոնավեցնել այն։
Պրոցեդուրաները կարելի է սկսել 30 տարեկանից, երբ ծերացման նախանշաններն այդքան էլ արտահայտված չեն։ Նշանակվում են սկզբում փոքրիկ կնճիռների դեպքում։
Կարեւոր է հիշել, որ սրսկումների հետքերն անցնում են մի քանի ժամվա ընթացքում, սակայն եթե ձեզ ավելի ուժեղ պրեպարատ են ներարկել, ապա հետքերը կարող են նկատելի լինել երկու-երեք օր։
 
Պլազմային լիֆթինք.
Մաշկին ավտոգել են քսում, որը ստեղծվում է ձեր արյունից ստացվող պլազմայից։ Պլազման կարգավորում է մաշկի ռեգեներացիան, կոլագենի եւ էլաստինի սինթեզը, կարգավորում մաշկի իմունիտետը։
Պրոցեդուրան թույլատրվում է  18 տարեկանից, սակայն ակնեի եւ մաղաթափության դեպքում՝ բժշկի ցուցումով։ Այն շտկում է կնճիշռները, լավացնում միկրոշրջանառությունը (աչքերի շրջանում, ազատում կապտուկներից), բարձրացնում մաշկի էլաստիկությունը։
Օգնում է մաշկի տարիքային փոփոխությունների դեպքում, կուպերոզի, ակնե հիվանդությունների, մազաթափության, հետվիրահատական եւ լազերային պրոցեդուրաների դեպքում, լայնորեն կիրառվում է ստոմատոլոգիայում, օրթոպեդիայում եւ գինեկոլոգիայում։

Juvederm, Surgiderm, Volift. ամենապոպուլյար ֆիլերներն են, որոնց հիմքում գիալուրոնային թթուն է։ Այս իմպլանտի նպատակն է նվազեցնել խորը  դիմային ծալքերը։
Ֆիլերները թույլ են տալիս կարգավորել դեմքի օվալը, այտոսկրերն ավելի արտահայտիչ դարձնել, ազատվել քթի սապատից, շուրթերին ծավալ հաղորդել։
Այս միջոցը խորհուրդ է տրվում կիրառել 18 տարեկանից ոչ շուտ։
Կարեւոր է հիշել, որ եթե ֆիլերները սկսեք ներարկել երիտասարդ տարիքում, ապա մի քանի տարի անց կարող են հանգեցնել դեմքի այտուցվածության։
