Բրիտանացի բժիշկները թվարկել են 50-ից բարձր տարիքի անձանց առողջ քնի, իրենց կարծիքով, հիմնական պայմանները: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է The Telegraph հրատարակությունը:
Գիտնականները խորհուրդ են տալիս մահճակալին մոտենալ կիսագուլպաներով՝ պահպանելու համար ոտքերի տաքությունը, եւ ննջասենյակից դուրս հանել ընտանի կենդանիներին, որպեսզի նրանք չանհանգստացնեն մարդկանց: Փորձագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս քնելուց երեք ժամ առաջ ձեռնպահ մնալ կերակրից, ընպելիքներ գործածելուց, այդ թվում՝ ալկոհոլային, եւ գաջեթների օգտագործումից:
