ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն իր խնդիրն է համարում ոչ թե մարդ բռնելը, այլ այդ ֆինանսական միջոցներն արդյունավետ կառավարելը: Վարչապետն այդ մասին նշեց հրավիրված ասուլիսում՝ պատասխանելով «պրիմիտիվ գողության» մասին իր հայտարարությանը վերաբերող հարցին: «Կարող է զգացմունքային է հնչել, բաց ես չեմ հրաժարվում դրանից, բայց այդ տեղերում կոպիտ գողություն չկա, կա ոչ արդյունավետ կառավարում: Իմ խնդիրը ոչ թե մարդ բռնելն է, այլ այդ ֆինանսական միջոցները արդյունավետ կառավարելը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ իր խնդիրն է անել այնպես, որ գողության համար հարմար միջավայրի չլինի: Հարցին, թե նախընտրական տարին, արդյոք, չի՞ խանգարում տնտեսական աճի համար, վարչապետը նշեց, որ ընտրությունները խանգարող հանգամանք են տնտեսական աճի համար: «Պատկերացրեք՝ մարդը բիզնեսը ինչպե՞ս կնախատեսի, եթե նույնիսկ իր տան բազմոցն է որոշում ընտրություններից հետո փոխել»,- նկատեց Կար են Կարապետյանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Ռուսաստանի հետ ունեցած իր կապերին, ապա Կարեն Կարապետյանն ասաց, որ տնտեսական կապերն օգնում են հարաբերություններ հաստատելուն, և ՌԴ-ի հետ կան ծրագրեր, որոնք հետագայում մանրամասն կներկայացվեն:
