Աշխատանքային գրքույկների թվայնացումը սկսվելու է 2017թ.-ի ապրիլից

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության սոցիալական ապահովության պետական ծառայությունը միջոցներ է ձեռնարկում անհատ քաղաքացիների և գործատուների մոտ գտնվող աշխատանքային գրքույկների թվայնացումն ապահովելու և պետական կենսաթոշակային համակարգի տվյալների շտեմարան ներառլու ուղղությամբ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես »-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Սոցիալական ապահովության պետական ծառայությունը: Հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է. «Ինչպես հայտնի է, 2017թ. հունվարի մեկից աշխատանքային գրքույկները դուրս են եկել գործածությունից:
ՀՀ Կառավարության համապատասխան որոշումների հիման վրա բուն թվայնացման գործընթացն սկսվելու է 2017թ.-ի ապրիլ ամսից և տևելու է մինչև 2019թ. հունվար ամիսը:
2017թ.-ին նախատեսվում է թվայնացնել 100 և ավելի աշխատող ունեցող գործատուների մոտ պահվող աշխատանքային գրքույկները:
Գործընթացն սկսվելու է ժամանակացույցի համաձայն, ինչը հրապարակվել է www.ssss.am կայքում: Ժամանակացույցով սահմանված ժամկետները կարող են վերանայվել Ծառայության տարածքային բաժնի և գործատուի միջև փոխհամաձայնեցման դեպքում:Գործատուների վրա լրացուցիչ որևէ ծանրաբեռնվածություն այս առումով չի լինելու: Մինչև համապատասխան աշխատանքային գրքույկների ներկայացումը Ծառայությունն իր տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների միջոցով կապ կհաստատի յուրաքանչյուր գործատուի հետ՝ ընթացքը սահուն ապահովելու նպատակով:
Միաժամանակ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ գործատուները, մինչև իրենց մոտ վարվող աշխատանքային գրքույկները Ծառայության տարածքային բաժին ներկայացնելը, աշխատանքային գրքույկում լրացված վերջին էջից հետո պետք է նշեն աշխատանքային գրքույկի լրացված բոլոր էջերի թիվը և ստորագրեն (կնիքի առկայության դեպքում՝ նաև կնքեն)՝ նշելով ստորագրողի և կնքողի զբաղեցրած պաշտոնը, անունը և ազգանունը (ՀՀ Կառավարության որոշում 18.08.2016 N 882-Ն): Ցանկացած կեղծ տեղեկատվություն առաջացնելու է ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված պատասխանատվություն:
Թվայնացման արդյունքում էապես կբարելավվի կենսաթոշակային և սոցիալական այլ ծառայությունների որակն ու հասցեականությունը, ինչպես նաև կնվազեն առկա բազմաթիվ ռիսկեր, այդ թվում՝ կոռուպցիոն»:
