ԼՂՀ ՊՆ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել Պավել Մանուկյանի զինվորական կենսաթոշակի վերաբերյալ

ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել Պավել Մանուկյանի զինվորական հաշմանդամության համար տրվող կենսաթոշակի վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունից:
ԼՂՀ ՊՆ հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է. «Ի պատասխան galatv.am կայքում վերջերս հրապարակված «Պավել Մանուկյանի հաշմանդամության նպաստի վճարումն Արցախը դադարեցրել է… սլաքներն ուղղում են դեպի Հայաստան» հոդվածի, որտեղ պնդվում է, որ Պավել Մանուկյանի զինվորական հաշմանդամության համար տրվող կենսաթոշակը դադարեցվել է, իրազեկում ենք, որ սույն տեղեկատվությունը իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում:
ԼՂՀ գործող օրենքի համաձայն՝ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պատիժը կրող կենսաթոշակառուի թոշակի գումարը կարող է վճարվել լիազորագրով, որն էլ իրականացվել է մինչև 2016թ. հուլիսը ներառյալ: Քանի որ լիազորագրի ժամկետը լրացել է, հետևապես հետագա վճարումները չեն իրականացվել, սակայն ամենամսյա կենսաթոշակի գումարը շարունակվել է հաշվարկվել մինչև 2017թ. հունվարը ներառյալ: Ներկա պահին Պ. Մանուկյանի չստացած կենսաթոշակի գումարը կազմում է 756.144 ( յոթ հարյուր հիսուն վեց հազար հարյուր քառասունչորս) դրամ և գտնվում է «Արցախփոստի» համապատասխան տարածքային բաժանմունքում:
Պ. Մանուկյանի կողմից առայսօր չստացված, ինչպես նաև հետագա կենսաթոշակի գումարը կարող է վճարվել քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ղեկավարի վավերացրած լիազորագրով:
Հարկ ենք համարում տեղեկացնել նաև, որ Պ. Մանուկյանի փաստաբանը այս հարցով խոսել է ԼՂՀ Զինկոմիսարիատի ֆինանսատնտեսական բաժնի պետի հետ, որի ընթացքում նրան հայտնվել է, որ կենսաթոշակի վճարումը չի դադարեցվել, ուղղակի անհրաժեշտ է լիազորագիր՝ վավերացված քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ղեկավարի կողմից: Ուստի բողոքելու փոխարեն պարզապես անհրաժեշտ է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկից ներկայացնել լիազորագիր և ստանալ առայսօր չստացված հաշմանդամության կենսաթոշակը»:
