дный бойкот новой первой леди США продолжает обрастать скандальными деталями. На этот раз в фокусе противников 85-го президента Америки и его близких оказался бренд Dolce & Gabbana. Так, Мелания Трамп выбрала для новогодней вечеринки в Палм-Бич коктейльное платье из коллекции итальянского бренда. Стефано Габбана не преминул поблагодарить бывшую модель за выбор своего творения и поделился фотографией одной из главных power couples на планете, сопроводив ее хештэгом #DGwoman.

Под, казалось бы, безобидным снимком разгорелся настоящий скандал. Подписчики дизайнера обвинили его и Доменико Дольче в том, что они «одевают Еву Браун», сравнивая Меланию Трамп с возлюбленной Гитлера. Вслед за гневными комментариями последовал призыв пользователей сети бойкотировать Dolce & Gabbana и больше никогда не покупать одежду и аксессуары марки. В ответ на обвинения дизайнер, первое время старавшийся не реагировать на нападки подписчиков, назвал враждебно настроенных авторов невежами и посоветовал им отписаться от его страницы в Instagram.

Напомним, что после победы Дональда Трампа на президентских выборах ‪8 ноября‬ представители модной индустрии разделились на два лагеря. Дизайнеры, поддерживающие Хиллари Клинтон, наотрез отказались одевать новую первую леди США. В fashion-оппозиции оказались Марк Джейкобс, Филипп Лим, Дерек Лам, Джозеф Альтузарра, Том Форд и Софи Тиллет, ранее отвечавшая за гардероб Мишель Обамы. В числе тех, кто выразил желание сотрудничать с президентской четой, выступили Томми Хилфигер, Том Браун, Каролина Эррера и Диана фон Фюрстенберг.
