«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հունվարի 13–ին վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը բավական լայն ֆորմատով մամլո ասուլիսում ներկայացրեց իր պաշտոնավարման հարյուր օրը։ Անշուշտ, ասուլիսի ձևաչափը ինքնին դրական էր, քանի որ հնարավորություն էր տրված բոլոր լրատվամիջոցներին մասնակցել ասուլիսին և իրենց հարցերն ուղղել և այս առումով վարչապետի ասուլիսը առանձնանում էր հիմնականում ընտրովի լրատվամիջոցների հետ պետական բարձր պաշտոնյաների կողմից տրվող հարցազրույցներից։ Սակայն առավել հետաքրքիր էին ասուլիսում հնչող հարցերը, որոնք, մեղմ ասած, այնքան էլ հստակ ու նպատակային չէին։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ լրագրողների կողմից ձևակերպված հարցերը կրում էին առավել ընդհանրական բնույթ, ինչն էլ իր հերթին բերում էր ընդհանրական պատասխանների, ինչից էլ իրենց հերթին դժգոհում կամ դժգոհելու են հենց նույն լրագրողները։

Իրականում այդ ասուլիսը կարող էր շատ ավելի հստակ շեշտադրումներ ունենալ։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ ընդամենը անցած կառավարության նիստում վարչապետը կարելի է ասել հերթական հանձնարարականները տվեց՝ այս անգամ որոշակի ապրանքների ներմուծման, փոխարինման և էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի նվազեցման ռազմավարություն մշակելու մասին։ Այս հանձնարարականներից զատ թերևս իր նշանակումից ի վեր Կարեն Կարապետյանը ցանկացած կառավարության նիստում հանդես էր գալիս հանձնարարականներով։ 

Մեր պատկերացմամբ վարչապետի հարյուր օրվա ամփոփիչ ասուլիսում թերևս առավել նպատակահարմար կլիներ, որպեսզի յուրաքանչյուր հարց վերաբերվեր կոնկրետ այս կամ այն հանձնարարականի կատարման ընթացքին կամ ճակատագրին։ Նման պայմաններում արդեն իսկ հարցուպատասխանը լիովին կտեղավորվեր ամփոփիչ ասուլիսի ձևաչափում, վարչապետի պատասխանները կլինեին ավելի հստակ, որոնցից և ավելի հստակ պատկերացում կունենայինք կառավարության գործունեության թեր և դեմ կողմերի վերաբերյալ։ 
Սակայն, ցավոք սրտի, պետք է նշել, որ ընդհանրապես պաշտոնատար անձանց հետ կազմակերպվող հարցազրույցներում մշտապես առկա է լղոզվածություն և ընդհանրականություն, որն էլ իր հերթին նպաստում է նրան, որ ցանկացած պաշտոնատար անձ շատ հեշտությամբ նման գեղեցիկ ձևակերպումներով, սակայն ոչինչ չասող պատասխաններ է տալիս։ Նման իրավիճակում մեղադրել պաշտոնյային պատասխանից խուսափելու մեջ թերևս այնքան էլ տեղին չէ, քանի որ վերջիվերջո ցանկացած պատասխանի որակ պայմանավորված է հենց հարցի որակից և ուղղվածությունից, հակառակ դեպքում մենք ունենում են բավական անորակ և ոչինչ չտվող լրատվություն։ 

Սա իհարկե, չի վերաբերում ասուլիսում հնչած բոլոր հարցերին, սակայն ընդհանուր մթնոլորտը հենց այդպիսին էր։

Վերջապես պետք է նշել, որ ներկայի հայաստանյան պայմաններում, երբ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները բոլորովին էլ սարերի ետևում չեն, թերևս կարիք կա որոշակի մոնիթորինգի ենթարկել ընդհանրապես հայաստանյան լրատվական դաշտը, որը կանխատեսելիորեն ավելի ու ավելի սադրիչ բնույթ է ստանալու՝ որոշ լրատվամիջոցների դեպքում միտումնավոր, իսկ որոշների դեպքում էլ` տարերայնորեն։

Սա, ըստ էության, բավական լուրջ խնդիր է, քանի որ ինֆորմացիային ներկայի քանակի ու տարածման հնարավորությունների պայմաններում հասարակությանն առավել քան անհրաժեշտ են տեղեկությունների և իրավիճակը ռեալ պատկերացնելու վստահելի միջոցներ և աղբյուրներ, այլապես մենք կարող ենք պարզապես կանգնել մանիպուլյացիայի ենթարկված և չկողմնորոշված հանրության և ընտրազանգվածի առջև։
