Միջազգային հումանիտար կազմակերպությունները մոռացել են Հալեպը. ՌԴ ՊՆ

ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Իգոր Կոնաշենկովը հայտարարել է, որ Միջազգային հումանիտար կազմակերպությունները հումանիտար օգնություն չեն ցուցաբերում ահաբեկիչներից ազատագրված Հալեպի բնակիչներին, իսկ արևմտյան կենտրոնական ԶԼՄ-ները «մոռացել են» քաղաքի խաղաղ բնակչության մասին:
Այս մասին հայտնում է RIA Novosti-ն: «Մեկ ամիս է անցել Հալեպի ազատագրումից: Սակայն միջազգային հումանիտար կազմակերպությունների կողմից այդպես էլ իրական օգնություն չի ցուցաբերվում խաղաղ բնակչությանը: Միաժամանակ խաղաղ կյանքը քաղաքում վերականգնվում է: Բնակիչները, վտանգելով իրենց կյանքը, վերադառնում են իրենց տները և հաճախ ինքնուրույն զբաղվում են գրոհայիններից հետո մնացած ինքնաշեն պայթուցիկ սարքերից դրանց ականազերծմամբ»,- նշել է նա: Կոնաշենկովի խոսքով՝ «հումանիտար ականազերծմամբ զբաղվող միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից Հալեպի նկատմամբ գերսևեռուն ուշադրությունից մեկ ամիս անց քաղաքի բնակիչներին օգնություն տրամադրելու նախաձեռնություն չի ստացվում»:
Ըստ նրա՝ Հումանիտար ականազերծման Ժնևի միջազգային կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչները, նաև ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի և Հումանիտար գործունեության կոորդինացման հարցերով վարչության աշխատակիցները, որոնք ՄԱԿ-ի՝ մարտական գործողությունների հետևանքով տուժածներին օգնության ցուցաբերման հարցերով կենտրոնական օրգաններն են, ևս գիտեն, որ ազատագրված Հալեպի խաղաղ բնակիչները հումանիտար օգնության կարիք ունեն: «Սակայն առայժմ Հալեպի բնակիչները հիմնական օգնությունը շարունակում են ստանալ Թշնամի կողմերի հաշտեցման հարցերով ռուսական կենտրոնից, Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեից և Կարմիր մահիկի սիրական միությունից: Խաղաղ բնակիչներին պարբերաբար հասցվում են դեղամիջոցներ, սննդամթերք, խմելու ջուր, հիգիենայի պարագաներ և տաք իրեր, նաև բժշկական օգնություն է ցուցաբերվում»,- հայտնել է նա:
«Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ միջազգային շատ կազմակերպություններ, որոնք ավելի վաղ իբր հումանիտար օգնությամբ «ներխուժում էին» շրջափակված Հալեպ, քաղաքի ազատագրումից հետ միանգամից կորցրել են դրա նկատմամբ որևէ հետաքրքրություն՝ օգնելու ցանկության հետ միասին»,- եզրափակել է Կոնաշենկովը:
