Ի՞նչ չգիտեիք. բուսական յուղն ամենեւին էլ կարագից ավելի դիետիկ չէ

Շատերին թվում է, որ բուսական յուղը՝ արեւածաղկի կամ ձիթապտղի, սերուցքային կարագից շատ ավելի դիետիկ է, այդ պատճառով կարելի է այն առատորեն օգտագործել աղցան կամ այլ ուտեստ պատրաստելիս՝ առանց կազմվածքին վնաս հասցնելու: Արդյո՞ք այդպես է: Այս հարցով NEWS.am Medicine-ը դիմել է դիետոլոգ եւ էնդոկրինոլոգ Հասմիկ Աբովյանին:
Պարզվում է՝ հակառակ տարածված կարծիքին, բուսական յուղն իրականում սերուցքային կարագից ավելի կալորիական է. 100 գրամ կարագը, կախված յուղայնությունից, 600-700 կալորիա է պարունակում, իսկ 100 գրամ բուսական յուղը՝ շուրջ 900 կալորիա, որոշ տեսակներ էլ՝ ավելին:
Այսպիսով, եթե շատ բուսական յուղ ավելացնել նույնիսկ ամենադիետիկ բանջարեղենային աղցանին, դա կալորիականությունը զգալիորեն կավելանա: Այդ պատճառով մասնագետները խորհուրդ չեն տալիս շատ բուսական եւ կենդանական ծագման յուղ օգտագործել, հատկապես եթե ուզում եք նիհարել: Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ օրական հարկավոր է օգտագործել 1-2 գդալից ոչ ավելի ցանկացած տեսակի յուղ:
Հարկ է նկատել, որ բուսական յուղերը, չափավոր օգտագործելու դեպքում, շատ օգտակար են առողջության համար, քանի որ վիտամիններ եւ օրգանիզմի նորմալ աշխատանքի համար անհրաժեշտ այլ նյութեր են պարունակում: Խոսքը միայն բնական, հեղուկ բուսական յուղերի մասին է (արեւածաղկի, ձիթապտղի, եգիպտացորենի եւ այլն): Իսկ քիմիական լաբորատորիաներում հիդրոգենացված բուսական ճարպերը, օրինակ՝ մարգարինը, ոչ միայն օգտակար չեն, այլեւ կարող են վտանգավոր լինել առողջության համար:
Սերուցքային կարագը նույնպես օգտակար է համարվում. այն А, D, Е, РР վիտամիններ, В խմբի վիտամիններ, ինչպես նաեւ հանքանյութեր է պարունակում՝ երկաթ, կալցիում, կալիում, մագնեզիում, ֆոսֆոր, նատրիում, պղինձ, ցինկ եւ այլն: Հակառակ տարածված կարծիքին՝ սերուցքային կարագում առկա խոլեստերինն առողջ մարդկանց մոտ չի բարձրացնում արյան մեջ խոլեստերինի մակարդակը, այդ պատճառով պետք չէ հրաժարվել դրանից:
Մասնագետը նշեց նաեւ, որ հարկավոր է հիշել. ցանկացած բուսական յուղ յուրովի օգտակար է, պարզապես հարկավոր է դրանք չափավոր օգտագործել՝ առողջությանը չվնասելու եւ քաշի ավելացումից խուսափելու համար:
