ԱՄՆ-ում քաղաքացիական իրավունքների համար շարժման ակտիվիստները սկսել են բողոքի մեկշաբաթյա ցույցերը երկրի նորընտիր նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի երդմնակալության դեմ: Այս մասին հայտնում է Reuters-ը: Մոտ 2 000 մարդ, չնայած վատ եղանակին, դուրս է եկել ցույցի Մարտին Լյութեր Քինգի հուշարձանի մոտ:
Ցուցարարների առաջնորդները մյուսներին կոչ են արել պայքարել փոքրամասնությունների իրավունքների և Obamacare բարեփոխման պահպանման համար, որը Թրամփը խոստացել է չեղարկել:
Ցույցին մասնակցել է պակաս մարդ, քան ծրագրում էին կազմակերպիչները, սակայն նրանք գոհ են՝ հաշվի առնելով վատ եղանակը՝ անձրևը և օդի զրոյից քիչ բարձր ջերմաստիճանը: Թրամփի երդմնակալության արարողությունից առաջ, հետո և դրա ընթացքում բողոքի ցույցեր անցկացնելու թույլտվություն է ստացել մոտ 30 խումբ:
