Ղրղզստանի վարչապետ Սոորոնբայ Ժեենբեկովը կարգադրություն Է ստորագրել Boeing 747 բեռնատար ինքնաթիռի աղետի պատճառների ուսումնասիրման  կառավարական հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու մասին: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ մասին հունվարի 16-ին հայտնել Է հանրապետության նախարարների կաբի նետի մամուլի ծառայությունը: Հանձնաժողովը գլխավորելու Է Ղրղզստանի առաջին փոխվարչապետ Մուհամետկալիյ Աբուլղազիեւը: 
Հանրապետության տրանսպորտի նախարար Ժամշիտբեկ Կալիլովը նշել Է Boeing-ի անկման նախնական պատճառը: Նրա խոսքով՝ օդանավը չի կարողացել թռիչքն ավարտել Բիշքեկի Մանաս օդանավակայանի վայրԷջքային գոտում:
Առնվազն 37 մարդ Է զոհվել Բիշքեկի օդանավակայանի մերձակայքում բեռնատար Boeing ինքնաթիռի կործանման հետեւանքով: Ներկայում օդանավի անկման վայրում շարունակվում են որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքները, ուստի «զոհվածների վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները կարող են փոխվել»: Ավելի վաղ նախարարությունում նշել են, որ ավիաաղետի զոհերի թիվը կարող Է հասնել 40-ի: 
Boeing-ը, որը Հոնկոնգից կանոնավոր չվերթ Էր իրականացնում Ստամբուլ, վթարի Է ենթարկվել տեղական ժամանակով ժամը 07:30-ին (Երեւանի ժամանակով ժամը 05:30-ին) թռիչքավայրԷջքային գոտուց մի քանի կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա: Ինքնաթիռն ընկել Է ամառանոցային ավանի վրա, որտեղ մշտապես մարդիկ Էին բնակվում: Ավիաաղետի հետեւանքով ավերվել կամ վնասվել են առնվազն 32 միահարկ բնակելի տներ: «Անատոլու» գորակալության տվյալների համաձայն՝ աղետի Է ենթարկվել MyCargo Airlines, թուրքական ընկերության ինքնաթիռը, որը հայտնի Է նաեւ որպես ACT Airlines:
