Հայաստանում անցկացվելու են ԵԱՏՄ թեմայով հատուկ խորացված կուրսեր, որոնք կազմված են 12 սեմինարներից և ներառում են Եվրասիական թեմայի հիմնական հարցերը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ԵԱՏՄ ինստիտուտի տնօրենՎլադիմիր Լեպեխինը, որպես կուրսերի հիմնական կազմակերպիչ և դասընթացներ վարող` հունվարի 16-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց, որ դասընթացները վերաբերո ւմ են Եվրասիական ինտեգրացիոն կառավարմանը:

«Շատերը գիտեն գլոբալիզացիայի նշանակությունը, բայց ինտեգրացմանը` ոչ բոլորը: Գլոբալիզացիան ինտեգրացիայից տարբերելու, Եվրասիական ինտեգրացիան և ԵԱՏՄ-ում երկրների անդամակցությունը հասկանալու համար մենք կազմակերպել ենք ուսուցողական կուրսեր: Հայաստանը դարձել է այն հարթակը, որտեղ առաջին անգամ կազմակերպվել են նման կուրսեր և, հուսով եմ, դրանք շարունակական են լինելու»,- ասաց Վլադիմիր Լեպեխինը` հավելելով, որ այս կուրսը յուրահատուկ է, քանի որ այն համախմբում է բոլոր ասպեկտները` տնտեսական, անվտանգության, ֆինանսական, էներգետիկ: Բաց ի այդ` առաջին անգամ դրանով զբաղվում է հայ-ռուսական միջազգային կոմիտեն:

Փորձագետի խոսքով` 2017 թվականին փոխվում է աշխարհի մոդելը, և մենք ականատես դարձանք, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահի ընտրություններն ակտիվություն առաջացրեցին ոչ թե այն պատճառով, որ մի նախագահին հաջորդեց մյուսը, այլ այն, որ փոխվեց գլոբալիզացիայի մոդելը: Նրա կարծիքով, ԱՄՆ նախագահի պաշտոնում Դոնալդ Թրամփի ընտրվելուց հետո առաջ եկավ «բազմաբևեռ» մոդելը, որին աջակցում են բոլոր ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների նախագահները: «ՌԴ-ի, Հայաստանի, Ղազախստանի, Մոլդովայի նախագահները մեկ անգամ չէ, որ այդ մասին հայտարարել են: Եվրասիական ինտեգրացիայի փորձագետների համար այն նշա նակում է, որ ձևավորվելու են մի քանի «բևեռներ»,-նշեց ԵԱՏՄ ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Վլադիմիր Լեպեխինը:
