Հրազդանում 39-ամյա տղամարդը, ով խմած վիճակում վրաերթի էր ենթարկել 7-ամյա տղային՝ դատապարտվեց 3 տարվա ազատազրկման. նրան տեղափոխեցին Նուբարաշենի բանտ

Այսօր՝ հունվարի 16-ին, Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Չարենցավանի նստավայրում դատավոր Հ. Ավագյանի նախագահությամբ տեղի ունեցավ Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 39-ամյա Վանիկ Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործի դատաքննությունը:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դատավոր Հ. Ավագյանը վճռեց՝ Վ. Սարգսյանին դատապարտել 3 տավա ազատազրկման: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Վ.Սարգսյանը դատարանից տեղափոխվեց ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժին, որտեղից էլ նրան տեղափոխելու են Նուբարաշենի բանտ, իսկ այնտեղից էլ որոշվելու է, թե որ գաղութում է իր պատիժը նա կրելու: Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, հուլիսի 4-ին ողբերգական վրաերթ էր տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում:

Ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 39-ամյա Վանիկ Սարգսյանը իր վարած ВАЗ 2104 մակնիշի T 716 CB 78 ՌԴ համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով Հրազդան միկրոթաղամասի Անդրանիկի փողոցում՝ «Վեվ» խանութի դիմաց, վրաերթի էր ենթարկել 7-ամյա Արմեն Խամփերյանին: Երեխան տեղում մահացել էր, իսկ վարորդին ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը` բաժի պետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանի և Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի աշխատակիցները` վաշտի հրամանատար Արթուր Պետրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ տեղափոխել էին ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժին, քանի որ երեխայի հարազատները փորձում էին հաշվեհարդար տեսնել ճիվաղի նկատմամբ: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով` վարորդը գտնվել էր ոչ սթափ (խմած) վիճակում:

Դեպքի մասին ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել էին Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը` մարզի քննչական վարչության պետ Մհեր Վարդանյանի գլխավորությամբ: Վերջինիս հանձնարարականով փաստի առթիվ նույն վարչության ավագ քննիչ Սերգեյ Երիցյանի կողմից հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 242 հոդածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Քննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակված բժշկական փորձաքննությամբ պարզվել էր, որ վարորդը ավտոմեքենան վարել էր ոչ սթափ (խմած) 0,65 աստիճանի վիճակում: Հրազդանում խմած վիճակում 7-ամյա երեխային վրաերթի ենթարկած՝ 39-ամյա Վանիկ Սարգսյանն է

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
