Մեզանից շատերը հաճախ մտածում են՝ ե՞րբ է պետք ուտել բանանը. երբ այն դեռ կանա՞չ է, թե՞ երբ արդեն սև կետերով է ծածկվել։ Fithacker.ru կայքը գրում է, որ հնարավոր է՝ նկատել եք, որ որքան հասած է թվում բանանը, այնքան այն քաղցր է։ Դա տեղի է ունենում այն պատճառով, որ պտղի բաղադրության մեջ մտնող ֆերմենտները քայքայում են օսլան և այն վերածում սովորական շաքարի։ Արդյունքում՝ բանանն ավելի քաղցր է դառնում։ Երբ դուք շատ հասած բանան եք ուտում, իրական շաքար եք օգտագործում։

Ճապոնացիների կարծիքով՝ բանանը հակաքաղցկեղային և հակաօքսիդանտ հատկություններ ունի։ Այդ հատկությունները լավագույնս դրսևորվում են այն ժամանակ, երբ բանանը պատված է սև կետերով։ Քիմիկոսներն այդ հետքերն անվանում են TNF միացություն, և այն բավական արդյունավետ է պայքարում օրգանիզմում հայտնվող տարօրինակ բջիջների դեմ։ Որքան շատ սև կետեր ունի բանանը, այնքան շատ է այն ամրացնում իմունիտետը։ Այդ պատճառով էլ հիշեք, որ հասած բանանն ամենաարդյունավետ հակաքաղցկեղային միջոցներից մեկն է։ Իսկ կանաչ բանանը, որը մուգ կետեր ունի, առողջության համար օգտակարության տեսանկյունից 8 անգամ ավելի լավ է։ Որպես ասվածի հավելում՝ պետք է նաև նշել, որ շատ հասած բանանը հիանալի ընտրություն է, երբ ձեր օրգանիզմը շաքարի մակարդակն արագ բարձրացնելու կարիք ունի։ Սակայն պետք է հիշել, որ բանանը բավական բարձր կալորիականություն ունի. այդ պատճառով էլ, եթե պայքարում եք ավելորդ քաշի դեմ, ընտրությունը պետք է կանգ առնի կանաչ բանանի վրա։ Ընտրեք 3-րդ կամ 4-րդ նկարում պատկերված բանաններից մեկը։

Փոքր կանաչ բանանները հատկապես օգտակար են առողջությանը։ Դրանցում մեծ քանակով վիտամիններ և միկոէլեմենտներ են պարունակվում։ Այդպիսի մեկ բանանը պարունակում է մոտավորապես 300 մգ նատրիում, որն օրգանիզմին անհրաժեշտ է թթվային հարաբերակցությունը պահպանելու համար։ Նատրիումի օրական չափաբաժինը պետք է կազմի 1 գրամ, այսինքն՝ երեք բանան ուտելով՝ կարող եք օրգանիզմն ապահովել անհրաժեշտ քանակի նատրիումով։ Հատուկ ճարպաթթուների պարունակության շնորհիվ այն նպաստում է աղեստամոքսային տրակտի գործունեության նորմալացմանը։
