Կարեն Կարապետյանն ընդունել է ՎԶԵԲ տնօրենների խորհրդի անդամին

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հունվարի 17-ին ընդունել է Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի (ՎԶԵԲ) տնօրենների խորհրդի անդամ, հոլանդական խմբի ղեկավար Ֆրանս Վիկերսին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Վարչապետն արդյունավետ է գնահատել Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի հետ համագործակցությունը, բազմաթիվ համատեղ ծրագրերը և կառավարության անունից այն խորացնելու պատրաստակամություն հայտնել: Կարևորելով հատկապես մասնավոր հատվածին բանկի կողմից աջակցության ծրագրերի շարունակականությունը՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշել է. «Հայաստանի մարզեր այցերի ժամանակ մենք բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր ենք դիտարկում, ամփոփում, որոնց շրջանակում ցանկանում ենք համագործակցել մասնավոր հատվածի հետ և որպես գործիք, շահագրգռված կլինենք, եթե ՎԶԵԲ-ն էլ հետաքրքրված լինի այդ ուղղություններով համգործակցությամբ: Կառավարության նպատակն է՝ խթանել գործարար միջավայրի ակտիվությունը տարբեր միջոցներով, և սա բիզնես միջավայրը փոխող գործընթաց կարող է դառնալ, քանի որ ներկայացվող գաղափարները մշակվում և դառնում են կոնկրետ բիզնես տրամաբանությամբ ծրագրեր»: Հաշվի առնելով ներդրողների հետ ՎԶԵԲ-ի աշխատանքի մեծ փորձը՝ վարչապետն առաջարկել է դիտարկել նաև ՀՀ կառավարության Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի և առաջիկայում ստեղծվելիք ներդրումային հիմնադրամի շրջանակում գործակցության հնարավորությունները: Կարեն Կարապետյանը կարևորել է նաև պետություն-մասնավոր հատված գործընկերությանը վերաբերող օրենսդրության մշակման և բիզնես օմբուդսմենի ինստիտուտի կայացման գործում բանկի հետ համատեղ աշխատանքը:
Ֆրանս Վիկերսը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը և ՎԶԵԲ-ը երկարամյա հաջող համագործակցության փորձ ունեն, որի շրջանակում բազմաթիվ համատեղ ծրագրեր և նախաձեռնություններ են իրականացվել: Նա ողջունել է ներկա տնտեսական իրավիճակում ՀՀ կառավարության՝ բիզնես միջավայրի բարելավմանն ու մասնավոր ներդրումների խթանմանն ուղղված քայլերը, կարճաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ գործողությունների ծրագրերը: Ֆրանս Վիկերսը խոստումնալից է համարել Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի ու ներդրումային հիմնադրամի ստեղծման նախաձեռնությունները և նշել, որ ՎԶԵԲ-ը պատրաստակա մ է զարգացնել համագործակցությունը ՀՀ վարչապետի մատնանշած ուղղություններով:
Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են նաև ՎԶԵԲ-Հայաստան գործընկերության ընթացիկ ռազմավարությանը վերաբերող հարցեր, անդրադարձել տարբեր ոլորտներում պետական ու մասնավոր ձևաչափով իրականացվող ծրագրերին:
