Արարատի մարզում աշակերտների թունավորվել էին հացաբուլկեղենից. ՀՔԾ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում շարունակվում է Բաղրամյան և Այգեզարդ գյուղերի դպրոցականների թունավորման դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը, որի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են մի շարք հանգամանքներ. տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 10-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «Սննդային թունավորում» նախնական ախտորոշմամբ Արտաշատի հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել Բաղրամյան գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցի 40, Այգեզարդ գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցի 8 աշակերտ։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 279-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով (անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող ապրանքներ թողարկելը կամ իրացնելը, աշխատանքներ կատարելը կամ ծառայություններ մատուցելը, որով անզգուշությամբ վնաս են պատճառել երկու կամ ավելի անձանց առողջությանը):
Քրեական գործի քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Արարատի մարզի Բաղրամյան գյուղում գործող անհատ ձեռներեցներից մեկը, իրականացնելով հացաբուլկեղենի արտադրություն, մատակարարման պայմանագրերի հիման վրա Արարատի մարզի Բաղրամյան, Այգեզարդ և մի շարք այլ գյուղերի դպրոցներին մատակարարել է հացաբուլկեղեն, այդ թվում՝ Բաղրամյան գյուղի դպրոցին՝ հոթ-դոգ, կարտոֆիլով կարկանդակ, կեքս, չամիչով բուլկի, երկու տեսակի գաթա և խաչապուրի, իսկ Այգեզարդ գյուղի դպրոցին՝ խաչապուրի, կարտոֆիլով կարկանդակ, կեքս և չամիչով բուլկի, որոնք դպրոցի ընդմիջման ժամերին վաճառվել են դպրոցականներին:
Որոշ ժամանակ անց, մասնավորապես՝ հոթ-դոգ և կարտոֆիլով կարկանդակ գնած աշակերտները դժգոհել են սրտխառնոցից, թուլությունից և տեղափոխվել են Արտաշատի հիվանդանոց։
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ թվարկված հացաբուլկեղենից վերցվել են նմուշներ, իսկ հացաբուլկեղենի պատրաստման և իրացման գործում առնչություն ունեցած անձանցից՝ համապատասխան քսուքներ՝ հետազոտություններ անցկացնելու նպատակով։
Արարատի մարզային սննդի անվտանգության տեսչության նախնական ուսումնասիրության արդյունքներով կարտոֆիլով կարկանդակի, չամիչով բուլկու, գաթայի և խաչապուրու մեջ հայտնաբերվել են աղիքային ցուպիկներ, որոնք մարդկային սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմանների չպահպանման արդյունք են:
