Սերժ Սարգսյանը ցավակցել է Արմեն Մովսիսյանի մահվան կապակցությամբ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահը խորին ցավակցություն է հայտնել Մովսիսյանների ընտանիքին, հարազատներին եւ մերձավորներին` անվանի պետական գործիչ Արմեն Մովսիսյանի վաղաժամ մահվան կապակցությամբ:
«Արմեն Մովսիսյանի` անսպառ եռանդով լի հայրենասեր գործչի եւ մարդու հիշատակը միշտ կլուսավորի եւ կջերմացնի բոլոր նրանց հոգիները, ովքեր ճանաչել են նրան»,- ասվում է նախագահի մամուլի գրասենյակի հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Արմեն Մովսիսյանի հոգեհանգիստը տեղի կունենա Երեւանի Սուրբ Հովհաննես եկեղեցում՝ ս. թ. սեպտեմբերի 24-ին, ժամը 18.00-ից 20.00-ը, Կապան քաղաքի Սուրբ Մեսրոպ Մաշտոց եկեղեցում՝ ս. թ. սեպտեմբերի 25-ին, ժամը 12.00-ից 14.00–ը, հուղարկավորությունը՝ նույն օրը, Սյունիքի մարզի Ագարակ գյուղում:
Արմեն Խիկարի Մովսիսյան
2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 21-ին՝ կյանքի 54-րդ տարում, անժամանակ վախճանվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահի խորհրդական, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության էներգետիկայի եւ բնական պաշարների նախկին նախարար, Արմեն Խիկարի Մովսիսյանը:
Արմեն Մովսիսյանը ծնվել է 1962 թվականի հունվարի 13-ին, Կապան քաղաքում:
1983 թվականին ավարտել է Երեւանի պոլիտեխնիկական ինստիտուտը, 1989 թվականին՝ Համամիութենական թեթեւ արդյունաբերության ինստիտուտը:
1983-1991թթ. աշխատել է Կապանի տրիկոտաժի ֆաբրիկայում՝ որպես վարպետ, բրիգադիր, արտադրամասի պետ, ապա նաեւ գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ:
1991-1992թթ. զբաղեցրել է Կապանի քաղխորհրդի գործկոմի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնը:
1993-1997թթ. եղել է Կապանի «Էլեկտրոն» գործարանի տնօրենը, 1997-1998թթ. ՀՀ էներգետիկայի նախարարության «Սյունիքի մարզային էլեկտրացանց» ՊՓԲԸ-ի տնօրենը, 1998-2000թթ.՝ «Հարավային էլեկտրացանց» ՊՓԲԸ-ի գործադիր տնօրենը:
2000-2001թթ. զբաղեցրել է ՀՀ էներգետիկայի նախարարի տեղակալի պաշտոնը, 2001թ. հուլիս-դեկտեմբերին՝ ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալի պաշտոնը:
2001-2008թթ. զբաղեցրել է ՀՀ էներգետիկայի նախարարի պաշտոնը, 2008-2014թթ.՝ ՀՀ էներգետիկայի եւ բնական պաշարների նախարարի պաշտոնը:
2014թ. մայիսի 7-ից ՀՀ նախագահի խորհրդականն էր։
Արմեն Մովսիսյանը տեխնիկական գիտությունների թեկնածու էր, մի քանի մենագրությունների եւ մի շարք գիտական հոդվածների հեղինակ:
Պարգեւատրվել է Անանիա Շիրակացու եւ «Հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների համար» 2-րդ աստիճանի մեդալներով:
