Երևանում 12-րդ հարկից նետված 34-ամյա տղամարդու մահվան դեպքի առթիվ քրգործ է հարուցվել. ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Դավիթ Մելքումյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ։
Ինչպես հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2017 թվականի հունվարին 18-ին՝ ժամը 01.15-ին, քաղաքացուց հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ եղբայրն ինքնասպանություն է գործել` նետվելով 12-րդ հարկից:
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ՝ Երևան քաղաքի Ազատության պողոտա 11 Ա շենքի բակում, հայտնաբերվել է 1982 թվականին ծնված Դավիթ Ստյոպայի Մելքումյանի դիակը։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ տուժողը, ով Իջևանի բնակիչ է, Երևան էր եկել հունվարի 17-ին՝ բժշկական հետազոտման ենթարկվելու նպատակով և ինքնասպանություն է գործել՝ եղբորը պատկանող բնակարանի հյուրասենյակի պատուհանից նետվելու միջոցով:
Դեպքի առթիվ Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։ Քննությամբ պարզվել է դեպքի պահին բնակարանում գտնված անձանց շրջանակը, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ քննությամբ հայտնի դարձած նախնական տվյալներն ստուգելու, բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
Նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
