ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության Իրավաբանական անձանց պետական ռեգիստրի գործակալությունը 2016 թվականի ընթացքում գրանցել և հաշվառել է 3417 սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերություն, 68 փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերություն, 6 բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերություն, 10 պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպություն, 3 արտադրական կոոպերատիվ, 32 համայնքային ոչ առևտրային կազմա կերպություն, 54 գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվ և 13095 անհատ ձեռնարկատեր, որից 1818-ը վերահաշվառվել է: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Նույն ժամանակահատվածում գրանցվել է 290 հասարակական կազմակերպություն, 8 կուսակցություն, 6 իրավաբանական անձանց միություն, 104 հիմնադրամ, 9 արհեստակցական կազմակերպություն, 1 կրոնական կազմակերպություն, 10 պետական կառավարչական հիմնարկ, 16 համայնքային կառավարչական հիմնարկ, 57 սպառողական կոոպերատիվ:

2016 թվականին իրականացվել են բաժանմամբ պայմանավորված 1, վերակազմավորմամբ պայմանավորված 2, միացմամբ պայմանավորված 39 և առանձնացմամբ պայմանավորված 17 գրանցումներ:

Իրականացվել է նաև առևտրային կազմակերպության փոփոխությունների 8144 գրանցում, անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի փոփոխությունների 2541 հաշվառում, անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի գործունեության դադարման 7886 և իրավաբանական անձանց լուծարման 653 գրանցում և հաշվառում: Բոլոր գրանցումներն ու հաշվառումները կատարվել են օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետներում:

Իրականացվել է նաև իրավաբանական անձանց պետական միասնական գրանցամատյանից մեկ սուբյեկտի վերաբերյալ պետ. ռեգիստրում պահվող տեղեկությունների տրամադրում` 9300, որից 2600՝ անվճար:

Նշված ժամանակահատվածում պետական բյուջե է փոխանցվել մոտ 160 մլն դրամ։

ՀՀ ԱՆ իրավաբանական անձանց պետական ռեգիստրի գործակալությունը 2016 թվականին հաշվառվել է 23 լրատվամիջոց, որից 17 թերթ, 6 ամսագիր։ Ռեգիստրի գործակալությունն իրականացրել է նաև www.azdarar.am կայք էջերի վարումը և հրապարակել է 91280 հայտարարություն:
