Շավարշ Քոչարյանը բացահայտել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում ՀՀ-ի ներկայացուցչի նշանակման հետաձգման պատճառը

 ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում ռոտացիոն կարգով պետք է նշանակվի Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչը. Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժային փոխարինած Վալերի Սեմերիկովը ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է: Կառավարությունում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը:

«Հասկանանք` ինչ է կատարվել: Ընդունվել է որոշում, համաձայն որի, ՀԱՊԿ-ում գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնը պետք է ռոտացիոն կարգով փոխարինվի և, բնական է, եթե ռոտացիան ուժի մեջ է մտնում, համաձայն ռուսական այբուբենի՝ առաջին պետությունը Հայաստանն է: Երևանում, երբ տեղի ունեցավ ՀԱՊԿ գագաթաժողովը, չեղավ կոնսենսուս և ժամանակ պահանջվեց որոշման համար: Հաջորդ հանդիպմանն էլ չի եղել Բելառուսի նախագահը, ինչը հնարավորություն չի տվել որոշում կայացնել: Արդյունքում, հունվարի 1-ից նշանակվել է ոչ թե գլխավոր քարտուղար, այլ ընդամենը պաշտոնակատար և մոտակա գա գաթնաժողովը պետք է այդ հարցում հստակություն մտցնի», - «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց Շավարշ Քոչարյանը:

Դիտարկմանը, թե տպավորություն է, որ Բելառուսն ու Ղազախստանը խոչընդոտում են ՀՀ ներկայացուցչի՝ քարտուղարությունը ստանձնելուն՝ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը պատասխանեց` Ղազախստանը չի խոչընդոտել: «Իսկ Բելառուսը խոչընդոտել է այնքանով, որ նախագահի չմասնակցելու պատճառով գագաթնաժողովին, հարցի լուծումը հետաձգվել է», - ասաց նա:
