Почему люди разговаривают во сне?

Чаще других разговаривают во сне дети (из-за особенностей, связанных с развитием головного мозга) и эмоциональные люди. Регулярно разговаривают во сне и те, кто испытывает недостаток сна или стресс. Также мы можем начать болтать из-за депрессии, алкоголя и высокой температуры.
На первой и второй стадии сна разговор может состоять из полной тарабарщины или сложных монологов и длиться не более 30 секунд. На третьей и четвертой стадии это больше похоже на бормотание или стоны. Но не стоит искать в словах какой-либо смысл. То, что мы болтаем во сне, не имеет ничего общего с реальностью.
Для большинства из нас разговоры во сне — временное явление, которое не нуждается в лечении, так как проходит само по себе.
Хотите спать крепко и тихо? Доктора советуют увеличить количество и качество сна. Это значит не употреблять кофеин и алкоголь перед сном и не нервничать.
