ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտել է դատավորին կաշառք տալու պատրվակով գումար հափշտակելու դեպք

ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է քրեական գործով դատավորին կաշառք տալու պատրվակով` խարդախությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումար հափշտակելու դեպք: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտրոնից:
Ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2016 թվականի գարնանը ՀՀ Դատական դեպարտամենտի դատական կարգադրիչների ծառայության նախկին աշխատակից Գ.Ա.-ն ՀՀ Ոստիկանության Երևանի քաղաքային վարչության ուղեկցող գումարտակի աշխատակից Գ.Մ.-ից առաջարկ է ստացել միջամտել գործի քննությանը և դատավորի միջոցով ամբաստանյալ Ա.Ծ.-ի համար ապահովել բարենպաստ դատական ակտի կայացում: Օգտվելով ստեղծված իրավիճակից՝ Գ.Ա.-ն հավաստիացրել է, թե իբր 8.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումարի դիմաց ցանկալի արդյունք ապահովելու շուրջ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել դատավորի հետ: Այնուհեև, Գ.Մ.-ի և վերջինիս ծառայակից Կ.Հ.-ի միջոցով ամբաստանյալի ազգականներից Գ.Ա.-ն ստացել է 8.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար և խաբեությամբ հափշտակել այն։
Առերևույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ պարունակող դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով Գ.Ա.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել խարդախությամբ ուրիշի գույքի առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն կատարելու համար (ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետ) և նա կալանավորվել է, իսկ Գ.Մ.-ին և Կ.Հ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել պաշտոնեական դրությունն օգտագործելով կաշառքի միջնորդության փորձի համար (ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-313 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետ): Նրանց նկատմամբ կիրառվել է ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին խափանման միջոցը:
