«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Իբրեւ քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստ ներկայացած Վահան Մարտիրոսյանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին հանձնվելու պատմությունը ամբողջությամբ բնորոշում է այն խայտառակ իրավիճակը, որն առկա է Հայաստանի ողջ իրավապահ համակարգում: Փաստորեն ՀՀ քաղաքացին, որը, ինչպես պարզվում է, նաեւ հոգեկան խնդիրներ ունի, բավական երկար ժամանակ լավ մշակված խարդախություն է իրագործել, բայց իրավապահները չեն կարողացել ժամանակին բացահայտել այն: Այնուհետեւ նույն անձը ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ի քթի տակ տասը օր բանակցելուց հետո հանձնվել է Հայաստանի թշնամի պետության հատուկ ծառայություններին, իսկ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Գորիկ Հակոբյանը լրագրողներին է վիրավորում՝ հոդաբաշխ բացատրություն տալու փոխարեն:

Եվ իրավապահների անպատասխանատվության պատճառն այն է, որ այդ ոլորտի առաջին դեմքերն իրենց ղեկավարմանը հանձնված համակարգերը համարում են սեփական «օբյեկտ», իսկ մեկը մյուսին վերաբերվում են, մեղմ ասած, թշնամանքով. այնտեղ չկան գործընկերային դասական հարաբերություններ: ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանը եւ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանն այն աստիճան են իրար ատում, որ բացառապես գրություններով են շփվում: ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյան-Աղվան Հովսեփյան հարաբերություններն էլ չեն փայլում: ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Գորիկ Հակոբյանն էլ, ըստ պտտվող լուրերի, նշված երեքին տանել չի կարողանում, քանի որ նրա համար Կոստանյանը զուտ «ջահել» է՝ անհասկանալի ամբիցիաներով, Հովսեփյանը՝ «հին գայլ», իսկ Գասպարյանը՝ PR-շիկ:

Նշվածներն էլ իրենց հերթին են Գ. Հակոբյանին հոգնած պապիկ համարում: Եւ այս իրավիճակում տուժում է երկրի անվտանգությունը, բացակայում է արդարության մթնոլորտը: Ու տրամաբանական կլիներ, որ այդ խայտառակությունից հետո երկրի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարը հրատապ անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ հրավիրեր, որին հետեւեին իրավապահ պատասխանատու կառույցների ղեկավարների հրաժարականները»:
