Հայերենի իմացությունը ստուգելու համար պատգամավորի թեկնածուն կարող է ԿԳՆ դիմել փետրվարի 2-ից

Հայաստանում առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցել պատրաստվող անձանց հայերենի իմացության ստուգման գործընթացը կսկսվի փետրվարի 2-ին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության իրավաբանական վարչության պետի տեղակալ Հասմիկ Մանուկյանը, պոտենցիալ թեկնածուներն իրենց հայերենի իմացության մակարդակը ստուգելու համար կարող են փետրվարի 2-ից դիմել ԿԳՆ:
«Այս գործընթացը վերաբերում է այն քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր հայերենին տիրապետելու հանգամանքը հավաստող ավարտական փաստաթուղթ չունեն: Այդ անձինք դիմում են ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարություն, ստանում են թեստավորում անցնելու տեղեկանք, ինչից հետո 7 օրվա ընթացքում անցկացվում է ստուգումը: Այն անցկացվելու է թեստի միջոցով»,-ասաց Հասմիկ Մանուկյանը:
Նրա տեղեկացմամբ, թեստերը կազմելու գործընթացն ավարտվելու փուլում է: Հարցաշարը կտեղադրվի նախարարության կայքում, կնշվի, թե ինչ աղբյուրից է օգտվելու թեկնածուն, կներկայացվեն, թե առաջադրանքները որտեղից են վերցված:
«Դրանք պարզ առաջադրանքներ են` ընտրված ավարտական դասարանների համար նախատեսված շտեմարաններից: Հարցերն ընտրված են թե 9-րդ, թե 12-րդ դասարանների ավարտական քննություններից, տարբեր բաժիններից`ուղղագրություն, ուղղախոսություն, բառակազմություն: Հարցաշարում լինելու է 30 հարց: 27-ին դրական պատասխանելու դեպքում կտրվի հայերենի իմացությունը հավաստող տեղեկանք: Այդ տեղեկանքը քաղաքացին պետք է ներկայացնի միայն Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով»,-հավելեց Հասմիկ Մանուկյանը:
ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը հրաման է ստորագրել «Որպես Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորի թեկնածուառաջադրվող քաղաքացու՝ հայերենին տիրապետելու հանգամանքը հավաստող ավարտական փաստաթղթի բացակայությանդեպքում հայերենին տիրապետելու հանգամանքի ստուգման կարգը հաստատելու մասին&ra quo;: Հրամանի համար հիմք էհանդիսացել ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգրքի 80-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասը, որտեղ ԱԺ պատգամավոր ընտրվելու համար, ի թիվս այլչափանիշների, սահմանվել է նաև հայերենին տիրապետելու պահանջ:
