«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Ռուս քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Ալեքսեյ Մալաշենկոն արդարացված է համարում հայ հասարակության, իշխանության շրջանում ՌԴ-ի կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելու շուրջ առկա դժգոհությունը։ Սակայն, ըստ նրա՝ Ռուսաստանը չի ստանձնել պարտավորություն որևէ երկրի զենք չվաճառելու վերաբերյալ, հատկապես, երբ այս հակամարտության գոտում հակամարտող երկրներին զենքի վաճառքը ռուսական քաղաքականության էությունն է, հատկապես, երբ այս ոլորտում բիզնեսից Ռուսաստանը մեծ գումարներ է շահում։

«Ռուսաստանը մշտապես է զենք վաճառել հակամարտող կողմերին՝ դրանով իսկ փորձելով առավելություն չտալ որևէ կողմին, միևնույն ժամանակ՝ հասկացնելով, որ իրեն ձեռնտու չէ որևէ կողմի հաղթանակը։ Ռուսաստանն այս դեպքում առաջնորդվում է իր ազգային շահերով, այդ շահը Հարավային Կովկասում ռուսական ներկայության պահպանումն է, ինչո՞ւ ոչ, նաև ամրապնդումը»,- «168 ժամի» հետ զրույցում ասել է նա։

Իսկ ռուս ռազմական վերլուծաբան Պավել Ֆելգենգաուերն ասել է, որ Ռուսաստանի համար, ինչպես միշտ, կարևոր են հարաբերություններն ինչպես՝ Հայաստանի, այնպես էլ՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ, քանի որ Ռուսաստանին անհրաժեշտ են ոչ թե առանձին երկրներ, այլ Անդրկովկասն ամբողջովին։ Ֆելգենգաուերի խոսքով՝ Մոսկվան համարժեք է գնահատում և Հայաստանի, և Ադրբեջանի մանևրի հնարավորությունները, որոնք Հայաստանի դեպքում բավականին նեղացել են»: Ավելի մանրամասն՝ թերթի այսօրվա համարում։
