Կարեն Կարապետյանը հանդիպել է Հանրային խորհրդի անդամների հետ

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն այցելել է Հանրային խորհուրդ և հանդիպել խորհրդի անդամների հետ՝ ՀԽ նախագահ Վազգեն Մանուկյանի գլխավորությամբ: Վարչապետը նշել է, որ այսպիսի հանդիպումները հնարավորություն են տալիս քննարկել հանրությանը հուզող խնդիրները, մեր երկրի զարգացման հեռանկարները և լուծման ուղիները: Կարեն Կարապետյանը խորհրդի անդամներին ներկայացնել է իր պաշտոնավարման 100-օրյա գործունեության արդյունքներն ու անելիքները: Վարչապետը կարևորել է Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի ստեղծումը, որի նպատակը պետություն-մասնավոր հատված համագործակցության խթանումն է:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, գործադիրի ղեկավարն անդրադարձել է նաև ներդրումային ծրագրերին և նշել, որ առաջիկայում գերատեսչությունները կներկայացնեն ակնկալվող ներդրումային ծրագրերի փաթեթներ: «Մյուս շաբաթ ամփոփելու ենք մեր բոլոր ներդրումային ծրագրերը, նախարարները, գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները հաշվետվություն են տալու հանրությանը, ներկայացնելու են, թե ի՞նչ ներդրումային ծավալներ կան, ի՞նչ ծրագրեր և ուղղություններ: Ինչ վերաբերում է Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնին, ապա մինչև մարտ որոշակի ծրագրերի, բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ ամփոփ տեղեկություն արդեն կունենանք: Շատ մեծ հույսեր ունենք կապված այդ կենտրոնի հետ»,-ընդծել է վարչապետը:
Անդրադառնալով տեղական արտադրության խրախուսման մասին հարցին՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ հանձնարարվել է Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությանն ուսումնասիրել ներմուծման կառուցվածքը և քննարկել ներմուծումը տեղական մրցունակ արտադրությամբ փոխարինելու հնարավորության հարցը:
Հանրային խորհրդի նախագահ Վազեն Մանուկյանը մեր երկրի զարգացմանը խոչընդոտող մի շարք գործոններ է առանձնացրել, նշելով որոշ փակ սահմանների առկայությունը, չավարտված պատերազմը, ներքին հոգեբանության ու մտածելակերպի մեջ արմատացած կարծրատիպերը:
Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն ընդծել է, որ հոգեբանության ու մտածելակերպ ի փոփոխությունը գլխավոր խնդիրներից մեկն է, և կառավարության հիմնական նպատակն է ունենալ կրթված հասարակություն: «Մենք պետք է ունենանք կիրթ, գրագետ քաղաքացի և բիզնեսմեն, գրագետ ֆերմեր և զինվոր»,- շեշտել է վարչապետը:
Կառավարության ղեկավարը պատասխանել է նաև խորհրդի անդամներին հետաքրքրող հարցերին, լսել նրանց առաջարկություններն ու կարծիքները հասարակությանն այսօր հետաքրքրող և մտահոգող մի շարք հարցերի վերաբերյալ ու ներկայացրել իր մոտեցումները: Մասնավորապես, արծարծվել են տնտեսական քաղաքականությանը, կրթության և գիտության, առողջապահության, գյուղատնտեսության, բնապահպահպանության ոլորտներին և բանկային համակարգին վերաբերող հարցեր: Գործադիրի ղեկավարն առաջարկել է ներկայացնել բոլոր բարձրացված խնդիրների վերաբերյալ հստակ լուծումներ, իսկ առաջարկների դեպքում՝ կրկին հանդիպել և լրացուցիչ քննարկել:
ՀԽ նախագահ Վազգեն Մանուկյանն ընդգծել է, որ Հանրային խորհուրդը պատրաստ է աջակցել կառավարությանը բոլոր նախաձեռնություններում, որոնք բխում են երկրի և հանրության շահերից:
