Արծվաշենցիները բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման խնդիր են ներկայացնում կառավարությանը

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Արծվաշեն համայնքի անդամներն իրենց բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման հերթական պահանջ-խնդրանքն են ներկայացրել կառավարությանը՝ պահանջելով լրացուցիչ փոխհատուցում, որպեսզի իրենց ուժերով կարողանան ուժեղացնել եւ բարեկարգել 4-րդ աստիճանի վթարայնություն ունեցող իրենց շենքերը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Արծվաշեն համայնքի ղեկավար Մամիկոն Խեչոյանը, 1992 թվականի օգոստոս ամսից Արծվաշեն գյուղից ռազմական գործողությունների հետեւանքով տեղահանված եւ Ճամբարակ քաղաքում վերաբնակություն հաստատած արծվաշենցի 450 ընտանիքների բնակարանները «Հայսեյսմոշինի» կողմից կատարված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում ճանաչվել են 4-րդ աստիճանի վթարային շենքեր: «Խնդրի կարգավորման նպատակով դեռեւս 2011 թվականին ՀՀ կառավարության համապատասխան որոշմամբ ներքին տեղահանված 1966 շահառուի որպեÕ ½ օգնություն տրամադրվել է 360 հազարական դրամի չափով գումար, որը ծախսվել է բնակարանների մասնակի վերանորոգման նպատակով, սակայն, նշված գումարը բավարար չի եղել՝ աշխատանքներն ամբողջությամբ ավարտին հասցնելու համար, ուստի այսօր արծվաշենցիները խնդրի լուծման նպատակով ակնկալում են պետության հերթական աջակցությունը:
Ստացված գումարը ժամանակին եւ հիմնականում ծախսվել է բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման համար, ավելին, ստացածին մի բան էլ բնակիչներն են ավելացրել, բայց բնակարանների վթարային վիճակը հաղթահարել չի հաջողվել: Համոզված ենք, որ  հերթական աջակցության դեպքում եւս գումարները կծախսվեն նպատակային, եւ այս անգամ խնդիրը կլուծվի հիմնովին»,- ներկայացրեց համայնքի ղեկավարը: Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի տեղեկացմամբ՝ Արծվաշեն համայնքի ղեկավարին եւ ներկայացուցիչներին ընդունել եւ բարձրացված խնդիրը նրանց հետ քննարկել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը՝ հիմք ընդունելով Արծվաշեն համայնքի բնակիչների կողմից ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանին ուղղված դիմում-խնդրանքը: Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը նշել է, որ ինքը թեեւ քաջատեղյակ է խնդրին, սակայն ծրագրել է առաջիկայում եւս մեկ անգամ այցելել վթարային բնակարաններ, տեղում ծանոթանալ ստեղծված  իրավիճակին եւ մանրամասները ներկայացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ղեկավարության քննարկմանը:
