Պատրաստումը՝
Խառնիր մեղրը, ալյուրը և տաքացրած, բայց ոչ տաք (որ չայրվես) կոկոսի յուղը:
Պետք է մածուցիկ զանգված ստացվի:
Այն քսիր անձեռոցիկի վրա և դիր կրծքավանդակիդ կենտրոնում, բայց ոչ մի դեպքում սրտիդ վրա չդնես:
Կոմպրեսը վիրակապով ամրացրու:
Կոմպրեսը կարող ես նաև կոկորդիդ դնել: Կոմպրեսի բաղադրիչները չեն գրգռում մաշկը և տաքացնող լավ հատկություն ունեն:
Կիրառումը՝
1. Եթե հիվանդը երեխա է, այս կոմպրեսը կարելի է 2-3 ժամ թողնել: Փոքրիկին տաք սվիտեր հագցրու կամ տաք ծածկոցով ծածկիր, որպեսզի լավ տաքանա և կոմպրեսն ավելի լավ ազդի:
