Փաստեր չիչխանի մասին

  

1. Դեմքի մաշկի սնուցման համար չիչխանի հյութով, յուղով և ձվի դեղնուցով դիմակ պատրաստեք՝ թեյի մեկական գդալ յուրաքանչյուրից: 15 րոպե դեմքին պահելուց հետո, լվացեք գոլ ջրով:

2. Կես թեյի գդալ չիչխանի հյութ, մեկ թեյի գդալ մեղր և մի քանի կաթիլ յուղ: Խառնուրդը քսեք դեմքին և պարանոցին: 15 րոպեից լվացեք նախ տաք, հետո սառը ջրով: Դիմակն օգտակար է մաշկի երիտասարդացման համար:

3. Եթե քամուց և սառը օդից կոշտացել ու ճաքճքել են ձեր շրթունքները, օրական մի քանի անգամ շրթներիկի փոխարեն օգտագործեք չիչխանի յուղ:

4. Չիչխանի յուղն անփոխարինելի է հաճախակի գունաթափումից և քիմիական գանգրացումից տուժած մազերի վերականգնման համար: Պարզապես անհրաժեշտ է յուղը քսել գլխամաշկին, որպեսզի այն հասնի մազարմատներին և վերականգնի դրանք:

5. Թեփից ազատվելու համար խառնեք մեկ ճաշի գդալ չիչխանի յուղ և նույնքան էլ զեյթունի: Մերսող շարժումներով քսեք այն մազերին և սպասեք կես ժամ, հետո լվացեք: Արեք դա շաբաթը 2-3 անգամ: Երկու ամսից թեփը կվերանա: Սա լավ մեթոդ է նաև մազերի չորության դեմ պայքարելու համար: Պետք է միայն զանգվածին ավելացնել մեկ ձու:

6. Չիչխանն օգտակար է նաև ճաղատության դեմ: Չիչխանի պտուղներին ու տերևների արգանակին ավելացրեց ևս երկու բաժակ ջուր և եռացրեք մի քանի րոպե: Ստացված թուրմը պետք է մնա 3 ժամ, հետո քամեք: Հեղուկը խմեք օրը երկու անգամ՝ 150 մլ: Նույն թուրմը քսեք նաև գլխին և պահեք ողջ գիշեր: Առավոտյան լվացեք մազերը և քսեք չիչխանի յուղ:

7. Չիչխանն օգտակար է թարթիչների վերականգնման համար: Այն կարելի է օգտագործել ձիթապտղի և ձկան յուղերի հետ: Խառնուրդը պետք է քսել մաքուր թարթիչներին, պահել 20 րոպե և լվանալ գոլ ջրով: Զգույշ եղեք, որ յուղը ոչ մի դեպքում չլցվի աչքի մեջ:
