Պատասխան. Հղիության պլանավորումը հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցառումների իրականացումն է, որոնք ուղղված են ձվաբջջի հասունացման, արգանդում դրա ամրացման և սաղմի զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ պայմաններ ստեղծելուն: Առաջին հերթին գնահատվում է ծնողների առողջությունը: Անհրաժեշտ է հանձնել ընդհանուր անալիզներ:

Կինը պետք է այցելի էնդոկրինոլոգի և կատարի վահանաձև գեղձի ՈՒՁ հետազոտություն, այնուհետև՝ գինեկոլոգի և կանացի ՈՒՁ հետազոտման: Ապագա ծնողների համար կարևոր է անցնել սեռական ճանապարհով փոխանցվող վարակների հետազոտություն: Հղիության պլանավորումը նախընտրելի է սկսել ենթադրյալ բեղմնավորումից առնվազն 3­4 ամիս առաջ:
