Թուրքիայի քեմալական կուսակցությունը սահմանադրության փոփոխության հարցով դիմելու է Սահմանադրական դատարան

Թուրքիայի ընդդիմադիր քեմալական Հանրապետական ժողովրդական կուսակցությունը, որը դեմ է երկրում նախատեսվող սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին, այս հարցով որոշել է դիմել Սահմանադրական դատարան: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական T24.com.tr-ը:
Կուսակցության խորհրդարանական խմբակցության ղեկավար Օզգուր Օզելը հայտարարել է, որ այն բանից հետո, ինչ երկրի նախագահը կվավերացնի մեջլիսում ընդունված սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների փաթեթը, իրենք հարցը կտեղափոխեն Սահմանադրական դատարան:
Քեմալական կուսակցության դիմումի մեջ նշվելու է, որ փոփոխությունների փաթեթում կան սահմանադրությանը հակասող հատվածներ, բացի այդ, խախտվել է մեջլիսում դրա ընդունման շուրջ քվեարկության գաղտնիությունը:
Թուրքիայի իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցության (AKP) կողմից առաջարկված փոփոխությունները բաղկացած են 18 կետից: Դրանց հավանություն է տվել նաև ընդդիմադիր «Ազգայնական շարժում» կուսակցությունը:
Խորհրդարանի կողմից հաստատումից հետո փաստաթուղթը պետք է ստորագրի երկրի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը, ինչից հետո այն կդրվի հանրաքվեի:
Ըստ հաստատված կարգի` Թուրքիայի նախագահի հաստատման համար նախատեսված է 15 օր, իսկ սահմանադրական հանրաքվեն պետք է տեղի ունենա նախագահի կողմից հաստատմանը հաջորդած 60-րդ օրվանից հետո ընկած առաջին կիրակի օրը:
