26-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել քրոջ նախկին ամուսնուն ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Սպիտակի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են մարզի 30-ամյա բնակչի դանակահարության դեպքի հանգամանքները, վիճաբանության շարժառիթը, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից :
2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 25-ին՝ ժամը 20:40-ին, «Սպիտակի բժշկական կենտրոնից» ահազանգ էր ստացվել առ այն, որ աջ աճուկային շրջանի ծակած վերք, արտաքին արյունահոսություն, հեմոռագիկ շոկ վնասվածքով բուժօգնության է դիմել Լոռու մարզի 30-ամյա մի բնակիչ։
Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Սպիտակի քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկվել են անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ, որի արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ տղամարդը ծանր մարմնական վնասն ստացել է նախկին կնոջ եղբոր հետ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ։ Վերջինս 26 տարեկան է, Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ։
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ տուժողը նախկին աներորդու հետ հանդիպել է 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 25-ին՝ ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում, Սպիտակ քաղաքի «Սուրբ Հարություն» եկեղեցու մոտ, որի ընթացքում վիճաբանություն է առաջացել երեխային տեսակցելու հարցի շուրջ։ Վիճաբանությունը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի, որի ժամանակ էլ 30-ամյա տղամարդուն՝ կտրող-ծակող առարկայի գործադրմամբ պատճառվել է ծանր մարմնական վնաս՝ ընդհանուր ազդրային երակի և մեծ ենթամաշկային երակի վնասումներով՝ աջ աճուկային շրջանի ծակած-կտրած վերք, ծանր աստիճանի կլինիկորեն արտահայտված հեմոռագիկ Õ �ոկով:
Ձեռք բերված ապաւյցների հիման վրա՝ 26-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ քրոջ նախկին ամուսնուն ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու համար։ Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական և դատահետքաբանական փորձաքննություններ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
