Ադրբեջանում խստացվել են թմրանյութերի հետ կապված հանցագործությունների պատիժները

 Ադրբեջանում խստացվել են թմրանյութեր աճեցնելու, պատրաստելու և օգտագործելու համար սահմանված տուգանքներն ու ազատազրկման պատիժները:

Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.org-ը:

Օրենսդրական խստացումները կատարվում են այն պատճառով, որ Ադրբեջանում թմրամոլության մակարդակը գնալով աճում է, և դրա կանխարգելման ճանապարհներից են համարվում խիստ պատժամիջոցները:

Ադրբեջանում 2016-ի դրությամբ եղել է 28500 գրանցված թմրամոլ, որի 60-70 տոկոսը կազմում են երիտասարդները:

Ադրբեջանի թմրամոլության եւ թմրանյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի պետական հանձնաժողովի տվյալներով Ադրբեջանում տարեկան շրջանառվում է 1 տոննայից ավելի թմրանյութ: 

ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարությունը հայտարարել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի միջնակարգ դպրոցներում թմրանյութեր օգտագործող աշակերտների թիվնանցնում է ընդհանուրի 30 տոկոսը: Ադրբեջանում դա զրպարտանք համարեցին: Սակայն, Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի պատգամավորՖազիլ Մուստաֆան սոցցանցերում գրել էր, որ «մեր ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ դա իրականությունն արտահայտողտեղեկատվություն էր»:  

Պատգամավորի կարծիքով' Ադրբեջանում թմրանյութեր օգտագործողների թիվը մեծացնել նախատեսող հատուկ ծրագիր է կյանքիկոչվում, եւ շատ դեպքերում դրանք դրսից Ադրբեջան են ուղարկվում անվճար: Ըստ նրա թմրանյութը դարձել է ադրբեջանական ընտանիքիգլխավոր աղետը:
