Պեդրո Ագրամունտը խոսել է հակամարտությունների ռազմական լուծման անթույլատրելիության մասին

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նախագահ Պեդրո Ագրամունտը նշում է, որ առկա հակամարտությունները ռազմական լուծում չպետք է ունենան` անդրադառնալով նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդրին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Ագրամունտը ցավով նկատել է, որ դեռևս չի հաջողվել առաջընթաց արձանագրել վեհաժողովի անդամ երկրների միջև առկա հակամարտությունները կարգավորելու հարցում: «Մենք տեսանք, որ 2016թ. ապրիլին իրավիճակը թեժացավ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում: Այսօր էլ այնտեղ իրավիճակը շարունակում է թեժ մնալ»,- նշել է Ագրամունտը:

Նա հավելել է, որ իրավիճակը չի հանդարտվել նաև Ուկրաինայում`  ընդգծելով, որ Դոնբասում հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումները շարունակվում են: «Իրավիճակը սրվում է նաև Բալկաններում, սակայն Եվրոպայի երկար և տառապնալից պատմությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ հակամարտությունները ռազմական լուծում չպետք է ունենան»,- ասել է ԵԽԽՎ նախագահը:

Ագրամունտն ընդգծել է, որ հակամարտությունների կարգավորման գործում կարևոր դեր ունեն խորհրդարանականները: «Խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտությունը կարևոր հարթակ է երկխոսության համար, ուստի մեր վեհաժողովը պետք է օգտագործի իր ողջ ներուժն այս հարցում»,- ասել է նա:

Հունվարի 23-ին ԵԽԽՎ ձմեռային նստաշրջանի մեկնարկին տեղի է ունեցեվ վեհաժողովի նախագահի ընտրությունը: ԵԽԽՎ է նախագահ է վերընտրվել իսպանացի պատգամավոր Պեդրո Ագրամունտը: Նա վեհաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնում ընտրվել է մեկ տարի ժամկետով:
