Ադրբեջանի ազգային աժույթը դարձել է ավելի անկայուն

Ադրբեջանական մանաթը Կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից ամբողջովին «լողացող փոխարժեքի» քաղաքականության անցնելուց հետո սկսել է ավելի արագընթաց  անկում ապրել:

Այս մասին ադրբեջանական փորձագետների կանխատեսմամբ` 2017-ին մանաթի դոլարի նկատմամբ փոխարժեքը կլինի 2,20-2,50 մանաթի սահմաններում:

Հունվարի 23-ին Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի և նավթային պետական հիմնադրամի մասնակցությամբ կայացած արտարժույթային աճուրդում դոլար- մանաթ փոխարժեքը 1, 35 տոկոս բարձրանալով հասել է 1,8559 մանաթի:

Հունվարի 19-ին տեղի ունեցած նախորդ աճուրդում դոլար-մանաթ փոխարժեքը կազմել էր 1,8311 մանաթ:

Հունվարի 12-ից Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկը արտարժույթի վաճառքի փոխարժեքի որոշման ժամանակ կոմերցիոն բանկերի համար սահմանված 4- տոկոսանոց մարժան վերացրել է: Ներկայում բանկերն իրենք են որոշում գինը: Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ն դա անվանում է ռեալ լողացող փոխարժեք:

Ադրբեջանական փորձագետների հաղորդմամբ` առաջիկա օրերին կոմերցիոն բանկերը և սև շուկան դոլար-մանաթ փոխարժեքը կսահմանեն 1,95 – 2 մանաթի սահմաններում:

Ադերբեջանական փորձագետները նաև նշում են, որ Ադրբեջանը անցել է ամբողջովին լողացող փոխարժեքի, սակայն գործնականում դա այնքան էլ այդպես չէ , քանի-որ երկրի արտարժույթի շուկայում դոլարի հիմնական վաճառողներ շարունակում են մնալ կենտրոնական բանկը և նավթային պետական հիմնադրամը, այսինքն` առաջարկվող արտարժույթի ծավալը կրկին որոշվում է վարչական ճանապարհով:

Այս ամենի արդյունքում Ադրբեջանում սև շուկայի և բանկերի միջև սահմանը գրեթե կորել է, քանի-որ մարժայի վերացման պարագայում բանկերը նույնպես փոխարժեքի կամայական և արհեստական բարձրացումներ են կատարում:
