   Լիբանանում հանգրվանած սիրիահայերի շրջանում Սիրիա վերադառնալու տրամադրություններ են նկատվում: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՅԴ Լիբանանի կենտրոնական կոմիտեի անդամ Մելիք Քարագավորյանը, քանի որ Հալեպում իրավիճակը համեմատաբար հանդարտվել է, դա առիթ է հանդիսացել,  որ Լիբանանում գտնվող շատ սիրիահայեր դիտարկեն Սիրիա վերադառնալու հարցը:

«Այսօր դեռ վաղ է խոսել Սիրիա տեղափոխվողների թվի մասին, սակայն կարող ենք ասել, որ շատերը մեկնում են Սիրիա` տեղում ծանոթանալու իրավիճակին, հասկանալու համար վերադառնալու ինչ հնարավորություններ կան, դիտարկում են իրենց գործը վերականգնելու տարբերակները: Այո, Լիբանանում գտնվող սիրիահայերի շրջանում Հալեպ վերադառնալու տրամադրություններ կան»,-ասաց Մելիք Քարագավորյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ եթե լինեն սիրիահայեր, ովքեր վերջնական որոշում կկայացնեն վերադառնալու, ապա անպայման պետք է նեցուկ կանգնել նրանց:

«Այդ հարցը քննարկվում է Հայ դատի գրասենյակում, մեր ընդհանուր աշխատանքներում օրակարգային հարցերից բացի նաև տեղափոխվող սիրիահայերին աջակցելն է: Մենք հայտնել ենք մեր պատրաստակամությունը և այժմ սպասում ենք Սիրիայի «Շտապ օգնության» մարմնի առաջարկներին: Նրանց հետ ենք աշխատելու, որ աջակցություն տրամադրելու աշխատանքն առավել  համակարգված լինի»,-ասաց Մելիք Քարագավորյանը:

Նրա տեղեկացմամբ, իրենց ունեցած վերջին տվյալներով Լիբանանում բնակվում է 9-10 հազար սիրիահայ: Լիբանանում սիրիահայ փախստականներին աջակցելու գործընթացը բավական համակարգված է իրականացվում: Հենց սկզբից նրանց տրամադրվում են առաջին անհրաժեշտության իրեր, տեղի հայկական կառույցները լուծում են սիրիահայ փախստական ընտանիքների երեխաների կրթության հարցը:

«Փորձում ենք անել հնարավորը, որ ոչ մի երեխա կրթությունից դուրս չմնա: Այսօր չունենք այդպիսի խնդիր, սիրիահայ ընտանիքների գրեթե բոլոր երեխաները տեղավորվել են կրթական հաստատություններում: Նրանք սովորում են հայկական դպրոցներում, անվճար»,-ասաց Մելիք Քարագավորյանը: Նրա խոսքով, Լիբանանի սիրիահայերը հիմնականում խնդիր ունեն բնակարանի և աշխատանքի հետ կապված: Այդ հարցերում որոշակի դժվարություններ կան:

2016 թվականին դեկտեմբերի 12-ին սիրիական տարբեր աղբյուրներ հայտնեցին սիրիական բանակի եւ նրա դաշնակիցների կողմից Հալեպ քաղաքի ամբողջական ազատագրման ու միացման մասին: Տեղի լրատվամիջոցները հաղորդեցին, որ ժողովուրդը ցնծությամբ տոնում է բազմաչարչար Հալեպի ազատագրումը, Հալեպի հաղթանակը: Ընթացիկ տրավա հունվարի սկզբին Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոս Արամ Առաջինը  մեկնել է Հալեպ, որտեղ պատարագ եւ պատգամ է փոխանցել Հալեպի հայ առաքելական Սուրբ Աստվածածին եկեղեցում: Քառօրյա այցի ընթացքում Արամ Առաջինն իրավիճակին ծանոթանալու եւ  հալեպահայերի կարիքները պատկերացնելու նպատակով եղել է  նաեւ ազգային-եկեղեցական հաստատություններում: Արամ Վեհափառի անունից տարածվեց համայն հայությանն ուղղված կոչ՝ Հալեպի վերականգÕ �ումը, հալեպահայությանը լիարժեք աջակցությունը դարձնել համազգային խնդիր:
