Նյու Յորքում Դինքի հիշատակին մոմավառություն է կազմակերպվել

Պոլսահայ մտավորական, «Ակոս» պարբերականի հիմնադիր Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության 10-րդ տարելիցին մոմավառություն է տեղի ունեցել ԱՄՆ Նյու Յորք քաղաքում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է The Armenian Weekly պարբերականը:
Հայկական համայնքի մի քանի տասնյակ անդամներ մասնակցել են արարողությանը Հայաստանի դրոշներով, Դինքի լուսանկարներով և տարբեր կարգախոսներ պարունակող գրություններով: Նրանք արդարության կոչերով են հանդես եկել` բղավելով. «Բոլորս Հրանտ Դինք ենք», «Արդարություն Հրանտ Դինքի համար», «Թուրքիա, ճանաչիր քո մեղքը»:
Մոմավառության ամենասկզբում աղոթք է ընթերցվել, ապա երգել են «Հայր մերը», «Տեր ողորմյան», «Կիլիկիան»:
Համայնքի անունից ելույթ են ունեցել Հայ դատի Նյու Յորքի հանձնախմբի ղեկավար Նազարեթ Մարգարյանը և գրող Թալին Բաբայանը: Մարգարյանը նշել է. «Հրանտ Դինքը սառնարյուն կերպով օրը ցերեկով սպանվեց Թուրքիայի փողոցներում, քանի որ նա քաջություն ուներ կանգնելու հանուն ճշմարտության և որովհետև նա լուռ չէր մնում Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին: Թուրքիան շարունակում է ոտնահարել քաղաքացիների ապրելու և խոսքի ազատության իրավունքը և ավելի է ուժեղացրել քաղաքական ընդդիմադիրների նկատմամբ ճնշումները: Ընդամենը մի քանի օր առաջ Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի ընտրված Õ �նդամը` Գարո Փայլանը, պատժվել է և հեռացվել խորհրդարանից: Մեր պարտականությունն է լինել զգոն և մեր հավաքական ձայնը բարձրացնել հաջակցություն Փայլանի, ով, ինչպես և Հրանտ Դինքը, հրաժարվում է լռել հանուն մարդու իրավունքների և Թուրքիայի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման իր պայքարում»:
Բաբայանը ևս ընդգծել է, որ Դինքն առաջ էր գնում ճշմարտության, արդարության և առաջընթացի շարժառիթով: «Այսօր` Դինքի սպանությունից մեկ տասնամյակ անց, քիչ բան է փոխվել Թուրքիայում: Կրոնական և էթնիկ փոքրամասնությունների համակարգված ճնշումները շարունակվում են: Սակայն մենք ունենք ավելի լավ ապագայի հույս: Հրանտն է մեզ տվել այդ հույսը: Մենք այստեղ ենք, ախպարիկ»,- նշել է նա
