ԱԻՆ-ում գերակա ուղղություն է հոգեբանական ծառայության կազմակերպումը

Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության «911» ծառայությունը 2016 թվականին զանգերի առումով աննախադեպ բեռնվածություն է ունեցել: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ԱԻՆ ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի պետ, գնդապետ Հովհաննես Շահգելդյանը նշեց, որ 2016 թվականին արձանագրվել է 2,1 միլիոն զ անգ, ինչը մոտ 1 միլիոնով ավելի է 2015 թվականի ցուցանիշներից: «Բարեբախտաբար, ահազանգերի մեծամասնությունը` 95 տոկոսը, եղել են տեղեկատվության ձեռքբերման ուղղությամբ»,-ասաց նա:
Շահգելդյանի խոսքով` 2016 թվականն աչքի է ընկել հոգեբանական ծառայության կայացման առումով: «Մենք այսօր ձեւավորում ենք նոր ստորաբաժանում, որը արտակարգ իրավիճակների ժամանակ մեր քաղաքացիների կողքին է լինելու: 2017 թվականի մեր ուղղություններից մեկը, ինչը նաեւ ներառված է Կառավարության գերակա ուղղությունների ցանկում, լինելու են հոգեբանական ծառայության կազմակերպման հարցերը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց Շահգելդյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ԱԻՆ հոգեբանները Õ �ազմաթիվ իրավիճակներում կանխել են ինքնասպանության փորձեր` տեւական զրույցներ ունենալով մեր համաքաղաքացիների հետ:
